Hi, I thought I just had to decide between the F600 and the F400 now you have given me a machine to consider. I think I'm going to give you a call. Thanks
I have the DX5 which is a lot like the DX7 minus some feet, the extension table (which I've ordered separately) and no extra light over the bed, no big deal. I absolutely LOVE my machine ❤️
Boki, I love this video, because not only does it have a ridiculous amount of information, but I love your demeanor! NO, you do not talk too fast! But then again, I am from just outside of Manhattan NYC. Your enthusiasm is infectious. It reminds me of how I feel when I walk into a fabric shop with a great buyer.
As a fellow fast talking girl that speeds it up when she’s passionate about a topic, I related 100% to the challenge! But I also really like your energy. I don’t want to watch a review or even buy a machine (big purchase for me) from someone that doesn’t seem excited about what they showing. Your style is your style, might not be for everyone but that’s ok. Also, RUclips lets you adjust the. Idea speed for anyone that needs things slower 😂
Amazing video, Boki! Don't worry, your speech was perfect. And the "moment that shall not be named" had me in stitches. We've all been there! I often wondered the difference between the two lines of machines, and you explained it perfectly! My DX5 is purring along like a lion!
Can you use the extra feet and accessories of the F series on the DX or are they different and they won’t fit? Are they completely interchangeable? I purchased a whole bunch of extra feet for my F 400 and I wouldn’t want to have to buy them all over again if I decide to buy a DX
8:26 I didn’t know you could lock stitch by sewing in place. I guess I can simply drop the feed dog on my TL-2010Q and sew in place a few times…or am I missing something? 🧐🤔
I’m in the market for a domestic machine for hobby stuff, a little bit kind of do it all. Just a couple of bag projects, but also some garment sewing. One of my majn candidates is the F300, but I see theat the G120 is roughly the same price. How do these conpare? What are pro / cons or intended use cases fot one and the other?
They are very similar machines. Biggest difference is going to be losing the thread cutter function on the G series machines. The amount of accessories will also be different. Otherwise, both very similar, you just have to decide if you want the thread cutter option or not, as well as what accessories would best benefit you!
Ok so the f 600 doesn’t have the little hole for straight stitch but you can stitch straight with either plate? Right? What’s the difference if it’s a little hole or jelly bean, you can straight stitch in either, right? I feel like I’m missing something ?
You can do all stiches with the jelly bean plate. You can only do straight stitches with the single hole straight stitch plate. That is helpful when working with thin fabric so it doesnt suck the fabric down. I hope this helps :)
Hello 👋 thank you for your very informative video tutorial on the Juki DX5 and DX7. I love them! I'm a bag maker and looking to upgrade from a Brother sewing machine I've had for 5 years now. I'm so interested in the Juki DX5 . My question is; does your store provide finacial help? Can I apply to pay monthly? If so, then it will allow me to purchase the sewing machine I desperately want 😊. Thank you for your prompt response.
You don't talk too fast. Do these machines have all metal gears? I view plastic domestics with metal gears as disposable. If the TL had a zig zag feature, that would be the perfect modern machine for me. If these machines have metal gears, I could see myself upgrading the next time one of my plastic machines breaks. Thanks for sharing these videos.
Thank you for yr great videos and excellent explanations regarding various models . I would like to ask , I only do garment sewing and I am considering a Juki sewing machine . Think of DX7 or Kirei …??? I do not need hundred different stitches however I am fussy on buttonholes , excellent straight stitch quality, knee lifter, if possible needle position that moves to the left and right , excellent lighting, thread cutter , pressure foot up and down . What would u recommend pls ? Tks so much

Your speech is very poor. Your excuse is lame. Yada, yada, yada. It’s always been that way. No, I don’t think you’re making any effort to change. You should not be presenting. You should be working in packaging. Sorry. I’m off. Bye. From this juki owner.
This is an awful and immature thing to comment publicly. I enjoy her presenting style and speed. Their channel gets a lot of views on a regular basis, so I’m not their only fan. From your long unnecessary double spaces between sentences, I see you learned to type on a typewriter. I think both your take and attitude are a bit outdated. Maybe the issue is that you can’t keep up. Also, to imply that working in “packaging” is less than is just ignorant.

Good information. I love my DX7; I've had it for about 2 years. (Also have a TL-2010Q). It's a fabulous machine, full of features.

Great video! I love my DX7 and all the fun feet it comes with! I'm a garment sewer first and love the pivot feature and knee lift especially.

Thank so much!! I appreciate your kind words.
You guys do such a great job highlighting the features of different machines.
I slow down the playback speed but thx for addressing the elephant in the room and for trying! 😅😂
I traded my F300 for a DX7 and I absolutely love it! 💗It’s perfect for me!
Great to hear!
I still have my 300 and bought the dx5 instead of the 7. I couldn't let her go. 😂

Haha thank you! 🤣
Thanks for all the great videos! I just ordered a DX-5. Want to get the TL 18QVP or DNU-1541 next!
Glad you like them!

@@JukiJunkies thank you😀 I ordered and can’t wait to get it!!!
Would the Dx7 be comparable to the janome skyline 7?
Not really because the skyline 7 doesnt have the floating function like the DX7.
Do any of the machines do a chain stitch or/ and triple stitch? Thank you
The needleplate in the f600 is not flush. It appears to be raised a bit where the fabric flows towards the. Needle. Is that normal?
Thank you! Very informative
Glad it was helpful!
Where did you get that table?
I wonder how many layers of fabric like jeans can this machines handle?
They can handle a lot :) I would say with proper settings 6 layers
I have the dx5. Does it have a triple stitch or chain stitch? Thank you
Here is the manual with all the stitches :)

What kind of table do you have the DX7 in
I'm thinking it's the Gidget 2.
We highlight it at the end of the video :)
