DPS troopers escort daughter of fallen colleague to high school graduation | FOX 10 News

When Savanna Harris was seven, her father, Trooper Chris Marano, died during a police chase. In late May, their promise to always be there for Savanna was kept, as they escorted Savanna to her high school graduation in Wickenburg. FOX 10's Jennifer Martinez reports.

Normally very apprehensive to see several police vehicles with lights going as they pull up outside your house, normally not a good thing. However these state troopers honored their word and escorted a fallen officer's daughter to her graduation!! I am sure she felt like a million dollars to have those sharp squared away troopers escorting her and being present during that mile stone of her life, I am sure they will also welcome her into their close knit family as she puts on the badge, if only Dad were there!!!
