The red engine covers come from the Husqvarna days. 90+% of the bike is still the same as the 2010 Husqvarna TE510 but it has updated brakes and fuel injection and a few other differences. The knob says choke on it but the motorcycle is FI so does not need a choke. That is actually a hot start knob. If the bike is hot you might have trouble starting it - also carried over from the Husky days unfortunately. When it is hot pull out the knob, leave the throttle alone and and will fire right up.
I’m considering buying that exhaust for my bike. Arrows a bit expensive for my liking and bikes powerful enough. But I do want to drop some KGs off the bike and this exhaust option looks good enough for me. I just need to find one in Australia (which might be next to impossible) or keep an eye on americas market place and see if one pops up their.
Thanks for the vid. So overall, you really like this bike? I am really looking into one this week but wandered a few things. Weight and power. Is it nimble enough for trials? I have a 300 GPX now, but just no bottom end power. I wanted a little more power because i like the power their if i want it. What do you think?
Weight is too much if you are doing hard enduro type riding. You will feel it if you have to pick it up a lot. It does not feel heavy when riding though. This thing has TONS of power. Its not a bad bike by at all, it really depends on what riding you will do most. After more research, I would have got a Rieju Pro or Six Days 2 stroke.

You have the R model. It has the more aggressive fuel mapping than the R version. I’m waiting for the RE here in California.

Absolutely beautiful bike . I’ve been looking at buying this SWM 300 . But I only want the 1 exaust on it .
I have an SWM RS 300 and it is a awesome bike. I'm turning mine into a super moto and putting the aftermarket tune on it to see what happens.
i heard there is a single exhaust system for the 500

If I understood correctly, WRP can comes as standard with it in the U.S? Interesting.
Is this a stock swm manifold? Or a manifold from WRP?
Whatever came from factory. I didnt change anything
Do you still have this bike?
Yes
Gotcha! I'm debating on this or the AJP@@masonmainpage4105
