    Thank you, Sir. I discovered this routine a couple years ago and I must save it has restored strength back into my legs which allows better walking ability. My once strong legs had deteriorated because of a knee injury which restricted walking and general laziness which I notice does occur quite naturally for many seniors. I am 86 years old and I believe my walking ability has improved to what it was when I was 75. Great exercises you can do while watching television or working on the internet.

    You should offer a leg bench and leg weights to put strengthen them if you want to improve balance too. Two factors here are noted are problems, accidents insurance and liability prevent this actions. There will be always sick people just like births, deaths but the idea is returning people back to normalcy.
