I would say the good and bad touch as a nice honourable mention as they are easy to get and are great for levelling up without having to farm much and plus there moxxi guns so they heal you
In my opinion the unkempt Harold is the best gun in the game also paired with a bee shield it can really do some work provided enemy’s are slagged and you may find that it works great against larger enemy’s such as the son of comerax and tinder snowflake. In the end the Harold is a great weapon choice on all vault hunters. You may also find that Kreig benefits from this gun due to his extra 15 percent explosive damage provided you spent into his mania tree
Best part is you can reroll it again by farming until you get the double unkempt Harold. If you get the wrong variant of other guns, like me with the fibber on my Gaige gameplay, you are stuck with it.
I've just recently started a fresh TVHM as Axton, still fairly new to Borderlands as a whole, but I'm getting the hang of it pretty well. I didn't realize till after I started TVHM that I probably should have spent some time doing some of the post-game or expansion content before moving on, since some good gear comes from the expansions, but I figured I'll just get the same stuff but better on TVHM. My ideal loadout is a booster shield, infusion grenade, fire or slag assault rifle, corrosive or shock SMG, slag or shock sniper, and really any shotgun with a decent fire rate and clip size. I typically want to go for a class mod that doesn't favor any particular weapon, so health/Regen boosters or mag size boosters for all weapons, and I usually only use the vault Hunter relic or something similar to an all around booster like the class mod. I try not to favor any particular weapon type, rather have each be roughly equally effective, and I usually focus on a defensive build (though I ironically gave no perk points to boosting health or shield). I figure corrosive is essentially the best element because it doesn't have reduced effectiveness on shields, deals bonus to armored enemies, and has lingering damage (like most elements), so I typically favor elements most to least as: corrosive, shock, slag, explosive, fire. Fire is cool but I find it least effective of all elements, and explosive weapons fire slower, though I do like how they pack a punch. Anybody have any tips for me? I've started keeping track of some of these better pieces of equipment and bosses to farm, but I haven't had a ton of time to play and I'm not usually into super looty games like this. But I'm loving it, one of the only games where o feel like you can do the literal same stuff over and over and it always feels rewarding. Even if I need to rework my whole playstyle/character structure, I can.
In my Eyes you should just get new Bees every now and then and just use a Sandhawk from TVHM, you can go for some bones and maybe class mods, but everything else is a waste of time. For healing just use the BeeHawk and switch to grog. When youre max lvl you can go farm
Great list buddy. For me I use an Axton with Flakker and highest level torque rocket launcher as well as other weapons to help out for range combat. I have decimated Digistruct Peak with it. As always, you are awesome dude.
As well as a Slagga for slagging, sandhawk for bee hawking, avenger for emergency free SMG Ammo, fastball grenades for quick high damage and a Big Boom Blaster for free rocket and grenades
14:26 I like how you start panicing when you see that vomit in the small tunnel while beeing chased by a rabid, then panic even more when you turn around and throw slag and miss that rabid, wich is really really close now xD
Non unique good guns and gear in general for UVHM: Shotguns: Quad, Ravager Pistols: Anarchist, Synergy Assaul Rifle: Gatling Gun Snipers: Droog, Snider (Maliwan barrel), Muckamuck SMGs: Plasma Casters (Tediore/Hyperion) Rocket Launchers: Topneea Grenades: Tesla and Slag Transfusion Grenades (preferably longbow 0 fuse) Class Mods: Blue Class mods (for the +6 bonus on some skills) Relics: Stockpile (depending on focused weapon builds, like Tediore SMG chucking) Explosive. Shields: Anshin, Tediore, Pangolin, Bandit on Melee (althought base melee doesn't scale well on OP Lvs) Try to get Maliwan, Tediore or Anshin parts on shields. Also check your skill build and don't be afraid to respec from time to time. A weapon can be good, subpar or outstanding depending on how you assign your skill points.
Hey bro for the slagga and Maggie just kill the leader and save quit U can farm both at the same time it's been a privilege watching your videos thanks for all the info g.😊
Puma always praises the magic missile. I recently randomly obtained a slag Nasty surprise and must say that it is much better than the Magic missile. The grenades hit instantly (great for emergency grog healing), always hits enemies (unlike magic missile indoors) and it's even good for downed axton as he just spams all of his available grenades into the air and it hits enemies anywhere they might me. Although I get that farming Vermi for it is kinda pain. :-D. As I said, I got mine from a random enemy.
Norfleet & Interfacer. Deadass. Edit: I like the fact that you think the Jolly Roger is a versatile shotgun. I also think the weapon is underrated Puma. Edit 2: Can you make another BL2 hard raid bosses video & continue your raid boss guide series Puma? I haven't seen you make another raid boss guide video after Hyperius.
Make guide about completing missions, which side quests are best to do post Warrior, and which missions are best if you leave them open/not finished...
SMG's normally have poor accuracy, but that's fixed by certain perks, or by investing Badass Rank tokens into gun accuracy. Sirens and Commandos are the best for that.
For people only with the Lilith dlc everything if not almost everything that requires the uvhm pack 1 such as the bone of ancients and Pearls you can get because of the increased level cap for your character (lvl 50 - 58). essentially giving you the uvhm pack 1 for free for anyone who had received the Lilith dlc in July for free. So if you have the Lilith dlc you don’t need to buy uvhm pack 1 unless all you want is to reach 80 instead of 72.
As long as I have a Bee, some decent cooldown, the Grog Nozzle, a blue or purple rarity SMG (I prefer Dahl), and I’m good. Mix in an Anarchist pistol, and I’m happy. The purple rarity Anarchist with added stabilization is probably my favorite weapon in the game. Just too accurate, and really high DPS.
The Gwen's Head is way better than the Lascaux I think, found in a similar fashion in The Dust and has a sizable crit bonus for 7-shot bursts, it chews through enemies really solidly.
The Slagga really isn’t as rare as you say or hard to acquire: - It can world drop, meaning it can come from any source that has a chance to drop a random legendary i.e. chests, loot midgets, etc. - you can farm it and the Maggie without having to choose a side. (When actually doing the final quest of the Clan War questline, simply kill one of the clan leaders, in this case, Tector and Jimbo Hodunk, then save quit immediately after if you didn’t see the slagga drop. See, the objective isn’t to kill one of the clan leaders for the quest, it’s actually to eradicate an entire clan, and the quest will not update until one of the entire clans have been killed. You don’t actually have to pick a side to farm this weapon.) Plus, it’s a 1/10 chance to drop. If that’s not enough, you can get to this stage in the main story to do the Clan War questline quite quickly, as there is no worry about climbing your level to meet that of the main quest to complete it in UVHM, as it scales with you, unlike in TVHM or Normal Mode. - A weapon's chance to slag doesn’t drop when enemies exceed beyond that weapon's level. For example, if you’re a lvl 72 and you’re fighting a lvl 72 Marauder, a lvl 10 Maliwan Pistol will have the same chance to slag as a lvl 72 version of the same Maliwan Pistol. So if your aim is to use the Slagga with the sole purpose of applying slag effectively (for obvious reasons), it won’t matter what level it is. You can fall back to normal mode and quickly farm one out or do it with a little more difficulty and time in UVHM, it will slag just the same (assuming you get them with the same statistical slag chance via the parts). - You'll never need to acquire more than one Slagga for a character. In your personal experience maybe it has been quite rare. But the Slagga would have to be one of the most common legendaries ive found. Also, I don’t think it’s smart to be showing gameplay with a specific build that’s made the weapon perform extremely well, as one of the points of this video is to show gear in UVHM that can be used well on any character, not entirely regardless of the build, but can still be put to very good use without a specific build or powerful gear to support it. For example, I don’t think showing gameplay of the Lascaux with a Legendary Cat Maya is appropriate, as that allows you to exceed double the base damage of any SMG using the Legendary Cat COM, and imo, that doesn’t display the weapon’s actual performance. That gameplay didn’t show the weapon’s viability regardless of character/build. It only showed Maya's potential and very high damage with the Lascaux. Despite these points, I do have to agree with the gear you’ve selected for this Top 10. Also, I’d like to add another weapon to your list - the Topnea. This is the Vladof E-Tech rocket launcher, and is essentially a baby norfleet. It fires significantly faster than the Notfleet, can be considered more ammo efficient, also providing more shots per mag and will almost always reload faster, depending on the parts. It may not have the same damage per shot, or be able to hit a wider group of enemies, but it still has the same projectile gimmick allowing it to hurt enemies so long as they are in it’s ridiculous blast radius that can bypass walls and floors, which is one of the reasons the Norfleet is so sought after. In relatively to the Norfleet, the Topnea can be a breeze to acquire. The easiest method of farming the Topnea is to farm Tinder Snowflake. The two chests from the train you can open after defeating him both are guaranteed to have a rocket launcher inside each. With luck, you can get a Topnea. And throughout your UVHM playthrough, you can farm it at any time, as you can easily farm it and it will scale with your level. It serves as a high DPS launcher that’s great for mobbing as well as getting Second Winds. It’s notable used as a substitution for the Norfleet due to how much easier it is to acquire in comparison. It’s great for going through UVHM and also for Digistruct Peak.
marvintehrobot because they are unlisted it has 14 pellets (with the double penetrating prefix) wich results in 13 times amp (there are 2 listed). Also gyrojets get double amp (one for bullet, on for splash). So it gets ~25 (or more) times amp per shot
Couldn’t just let it sit here without comment but there are a few duplication glitches that still work quiet well, this is how I got my Grog nozzle and how I make sure that I can still give it to people that need it, at least these work on Xbox and PC, I don’t know if the PlayStation would be any different but I wouldn’t imagine it would be

Honorable mention: 1. Norfleet. The norfleet could be really good to get second winds, and do a lot of damage. 2. Twister. The twister is actually pretty good at UVHM. Mostly with Gaige, cause of her skills that upgrade the shock damage from the Twister. 3. Infinity. The Infinity would be great mostly with fire or corrosive element. The Infinity works best for Zer0 Cause of his One Sh0t, One Kill that makes the first bullet deal more damage. and infinity is always on one bullet and doesn't run out. (This is just my opinion, i don't know about you tho)
I remember playing UVHM for the first time as zero and getting frustrated by its difficulty. But once I got a Fastball and Lyuda it became so much easier.
@@rdu239 which is even worse, this limits the play style of a character and only limits them to using specific builds and weapons, which combats player freedom, which is why players cheat using gibbed in the first place, the game is so unfair the players use an outsider cheating method to help them.

I've gotten back to playing BL2 over the last week or so, and was finding my first foray into UVHM to be a painful slog, so much so that I had difficulty against mooks even without my brother joining in. Then I got a DPUH and things became notably easier. Still difficult, since I'm lacking a good shield and class mod, but I can farm some bosses so long as I cheese safe spots. My only complaint is that it seems that it doesn't work with, Close Enough/Anarchy or at least it doesn't seem consistent. I'm kinda sad that as someone who loved Shotgun Gaige on the lower difficulties, it's a pistol carrying me when even a level appropriate Rustler's Orphan Maker takes 2-3 shots on mooks, and is useless on badasses.

I would say the good and bad touch as a nice honourable mention as they are easy to get and are great for levelling up without having to farm much and plus there moxxi guns so they heal you
I needed this video bc I playing as zero in UVHM, and it is painful
In my opinion the unkempt Harold is the best gun in the game also paired with a bee shield it can really do some work provided enemy’s are slagged and you may find that it works great against larger enemy’s such as the son of comerax and tinder snowflake. In the end the Harold is a great weapon choice on all vault hunters. You may also find that Kreig benefits from this gun due to his extra 15 percent explosive damage provided you spent into his mania tree
better on axton
Best part is you can reroll it again by farming until you get the double unkempt Harold. If you get the wrong variant of other guns, like me with the fibber on my Gaige gameplay, you are stuck with it.
For krieg there's also the blood bath skill that increase the weapon damage if you kill someone with splash damage
I feel the lady fist is really good, base damage isn’t good but the crit damage is so much especially with the bee shield
czuhc Bear Yes this carries me the first time i played tvhm, though it’s not that hard it was almost not even different from normal play.
Go for the unkempt harold for making it easier,it may last for 6 levels and i recomend geting the double barrel one for better DPS
In my Eyes you should just get new Bees every now and then and just use a Sandhawk from TVHM, you can go for some bones and maybe class mods, but everything else is a waste of time. For healing just use the BeeHawk and switch to grog. When youre max lvl you can go farm

Non unique good guns and gear in general for UVHM:
Shotguns: Quad, Ravager
Pistols: Anarchist, Synergy
Assaul Rifle: Gatling Gun
Snipers: Droog, Snider (Maliwan barrel), Muckamuck
SMGs: Plasma Casters (Tediore/Hyperion)
Rocket Launchers: Topneea
Grenades: Tesla and Slag Transfusion Grenades (preferably longbow 0 fuse)
Class Mods: Blue Class mods (for the +6 bonus on some skills)
Relics: Stockpile (depending on focused weapon builds, like Tediore SMG chucking) Explosive.
Tiny Tina class mods are blue and amazing. Some of the best crit mods in the game. A must farm
Hey bro for the slagga and Maggie just kill the leader and save quit U can farm both at the same time it's been a privilege watching your videos thanks for all the info g.😊
Literally found my slagga in a pile of bone while playing the Tina DLC.
i found mine killing the dragon in tinas dlc
Found mine in my closet this morning
Puma always praises the magic missile. I recently randomly obtained a slag Nasty surprise and must say that it is much better than the Magic missile. The grenades hit instantly (great for emergency grog healing), always hits enemies (unlike magic missile indoors) and it's even good for downed axton as he just spams all of his available grenades into the air and it hits enemies anywhere they might me. Although I get that farming Vermi for it is kinda pain. :-D. As I said, I got mine from a random enemy.
I would say it's better for enemies hiding behind cover because if they are moving it always misses for me
i recently got slag bouncing bonny. it's amazing. but i don't need it i play Maya
As soon as I got the bee shield, A random smg I found started shredding enemies.
Norfleet & Interfacer. Deadass.
Edit: I like the fact that you think the Jolly Roger is a versatile shotgun. I also think the weapon is underrated Puma.

that #10 is reaaly useful, thx. I've just started to do solo UVH, was hard, but became easier!
the lascaux plus the grog guzzler on UVM with salvadore works pretty good
I believe the latest community patch has the Grog Nozzle dropping from the Gold Golem now :)
It also makes it a quest reward from the beard makes the man quest with the patch
you can farm the grog nozzle with the unofficial community patch in the tiny tina dlc from the golden golem, its a 7.5% drop chance
SMG's normally have poor accuracy, but that's fixed by certain perks, or by investing Badass Rank tokens into gun accuracy. Sirens and Commandos are the best for that.
I Gunzerked in early game with 2 identical Lascaux
For people only with the Lilith dlc everything if not almost everything that requires the uvhm pack 1 such as the bone of ancients and Pearls you can get because of the increased level cap for your character (lvl 50 - 58). essentially giving you the uvhm pack 1 for free for anyone who had received the Lilith dlc in July for free. So if you have the Lilith dlc you don’t need to buy uvhm pack 1 unless all you want is to reach 80 instead of 72.
What if I don’t have a dlc?
High Admiral J.T. Then you will have to buy the uvhm pack 1
@@gupsjkolsbt4095
Doesnt that also count as some sort of DLC?
The Jolly Roger is def one I my favorite shotguns. The community patch on PC let's you farm it off of Deckhand so I'm tryna get one of every element
4:33 I got that one from the Treasure Chest room. I dont use it though.
I got a perfect Lv.72 DPUH from a torgue vending machine the day this vid came out
I got my unkempt harold in one of the cardboard boxes that are in the middle of the zone where you fight against boom and bewm
The Slagga really isn’t as rare as you say or hard to acquire:
- It can world drop, meaning it can come from any source that has a chance to drop a random legendary i.e. chests, loot midgets, etc.
Matthew Kelleher Jesus Christ chill tf out it’s not that deep
You can get purple explosive artifacts that don’t give CD reduction but are still really good
You forgot to mention that the unkempt harold projectiles are unlisted, granting it decent damage with a bee.
marvintehrobot because they are unlisted it has 14 pellets (with the double penetrating prefix) wich results in 13 times amp (there are 2 listed). Also gyrojets get double amp (one for bullet, on for splash). So it gets ~25 (or more) times amp per shot

8:52 Thank you bro!
getting death blossom while playing meele zero is amazing, as a meele zero main i know that playing meele zero can be fucking painful when you go up against enemies without kunai.
Honorable mention:
UVHM becomes a trial and error thing, feeling you are getting killed unfairly? better question your gears and character skill build.
@@rdu239 which is even worse, this limits the play style of a character and only limits them to using specific builds and weapons, which combats player freedom, which is why players cheat using gibbed in the first place, the game is so unfair the players use an outsider cheating method to help them.
