+Douglas Gengenbach The Doha round is a negotiation period, don't assume it's fucked up because they haven't settled on an agreement yet. The last and most significant round of negotiations settled by the WTO was the Uruguay round.... It lasted 8 years before they settled on multilateral trade rules.
