  • The oyster shell is thin and crisp, with a disordered structure. The innermost layer is very thin, the outer layer is very loose, and it is polished to the point of collapse!

    You have taken off all the beautiful color and shapes of the shell I just coat them in resin and the are a beautiful site to behold

    Try dipping in diluted acid and then polishing with a higher grid water paper. And for shells can you also measure thickness as you measure the weight, it would be fun to know how much material is removed to give the shell a good shine😊
