I really like A380....it's one of the biggest jet.
We live under the glide slope into Toronto. It was 114 in the shade here yesterday with KABOOM lightning & rain like the day Air France went off the end of the runway. That 50 foot drop was supposed to be filled in 30 years ago, what an embarrassment.

The A380 is great, I think aesthetically it lacks the appeal of the 747 though, otherwise known as the Queen of the Skies.
And now both are being phased out. A great tip is getting a window seat upstairs in the 47, it's not business class and because of the curvature you get 2 feet of elbow room. Nice & quiet up there too.

@@user-gg5td1dk2w But nothing will ever beat the Super Connie. I never had the pleasure and now people are wearing sweat pants on flights like it's a Greyhound bus. Quantas has a restored/functional one, must have cost many millions. There was one, wings and tail chopped off converted into a greasy spoon restaurant in north Toronto. I never went, what a disgraceful ending. If you can find it there's a PBS doc & a Wikipedia page) about flying out KeeBird, a B29, that had a soft landing in Greenland in 1947. They actually had it taxiing when the APU caught fire and burnt the plane to the ground. For my birthday last year my wife got me a flight on a Lancaster based in Hamilton Ontario. It's a 2 year waiting list so still waiting.

Maybe you like sitting in the upper deck than the main deck in the business class you can also get a seat in the economy class if you do on upper deck.

Thanks for the ride into YYZ on an A380. Cheapest flight I've ever taken Ha! Ha! Good filming and interesting to see how A380 handles weather conditions. Had to laugh a previous comment about sounding like aircraft needs tightening. Did it feel rocky to you? I assume the lose sounds were related to luggage and not aircraft components?
