An excellent Dhol teacher. I have had the privilege of Indy's guidance and tutorship. As my Guru and Ustad he is an awesome instructor. I enjoyed the lessons and within a few months now I can play solo...I am still a novice but the Chaals and Bhangra beats I learnt thus far I enjoyed ...loved it. Rgds Sarab
Thanks for your message. I think at that age you could let him just mess around with the Dhol and you'll see if he enjoys it before getting lessons. I hope that helps
I started about a year ago in august bro, I could already play drums and tabla so I had a way around learning the rhythms and beats really quick, I’m now sixteen and I’ve already got a gig coming up this Wednesday, you’ll become good at the dhol however quick u want, it’s all up to you, you have to be dedicated to put the work in and always have time to practice, speed and stamina will come to you over time if your always practicing, so if you want to become good at dhol it is all up to you bro.
