I love your tutorials...very clear...i especially like that you give stitch counts and that you show the first and last stitch which is often where mistakes are made. I also like that you say whether the beginning chains are part of the stitch count or not. I've made many of your pieces...great work Sara!

@@CrochetForBaby what size sweater is for teens 15 or 16 I need the pattern
It looks as though you have done ribbings in the begining with knitting stitches.thanks for sharing
Hi Sara, really like your video, I have a question if I may, can i use size 4 yarn to make this sweater? I only have that size and would really like to make this sweater. Soon to be a grandma of a little boy and would like to surprise my daughter by making this sweater. Thank you very much appreciate it 😊
Yes you can! It’s going to be slightly bigger though. Good luck 👍
I love this pattern. Is so easy. Thank you...but my back and underarm sleeves seams are curving. I followed your exact instructions.
I knitted 68 chains in the beginning. But it's only 36cm long. I knitted it with the 3.5mm hook as you said. What can I do for that problem..
Use a thicker wool I had the same problem
Go up in hook size as well
I got confused after the sleeves were separated. I can’t find where I stop sleeves and just work body. I’ve listened twice. Maybe three’s a charm? This is important for me b/c I need to make the sleeves a different color. Yup..got it the third time!
Are there written instruction somewhere?
So wonderful to access a video where there is no waffling by the presenter, I will definitely be back.🎉
Thank you 😊
This so adorable and beautiful colours thanks for sharing

0000pppp0p😊
I’m in love with these sweaters and what a perfect project for since I will be a first time Abuela and ITS A BOY!! Im super excited! But can someone please explain why it’s called, “Raglan?” Thank You 😊
Reglan is a type of sleeve that continues from the neck over the shoulder, rather than being set in. I’m excited to try this pattern also! I have this yarn, so it’s I think it’s time to learn to crochet my 1st sweater!
Elizabeth White Thank You!!
Congratulations on becoming an Abuela!!! I have a 3-year-old granddaughter, and there is nothing better in this world!!! Enjoy him and spoil him rotten!
gimmedatstick Thank You 🙂! I hear nothing but great Things to come when he gets here, "Spoil Spoil Spoil Him Rotten😂
Congratulations!! Lucky little boy will stylish in this!
Hi
Thank to you for this tutorial. I am crocheting this sweater for my daughter. But my pull over after the increases in the neckline is getting bunched up. It's not lying flat. It has more like a baloony/bubbly fabric down the neckline.
I have unraveled it twice but the problem persists. Any idea what I am doing wrong to make it poofy just below the neckline.
How much wool would i need for size 2 to 3? I love your cardigan video with the little grey cardigan im onto my third cardigan with that pattern. Love your clear instructions
Scratch that I just saw 2 skeins in the description
Glad you saw that.
Ur explanations r suburb mam.. i love it.. thank u so much.. im starting it today..
So useful ...thank u..please make baby hooded blanket
I had to use size 5mm hook to get the correct chains and length with 4 ply yarn??
Hi there,
I’m having a go at this pattern, it’s my first time crocheting an item of clothing. I’m having difficulty with the second row of double crochetes, each time I do it I am left with 2 surplus stitches once I’ve reached 99 so I can’t finish the row. If I were to finish the sequence, I would have 102 stitches.
Please help!!
I love your tutorial btw x
Hey I know this might be a little late but you can always add and take away stitches you just take away stitches by crocheting two together and add stitches by increasing the stitches in one stitch if that makes sense
Precise tutorial.thankyou
Thanku so much ma'am I loved your tutorial 💗 I maid it for my son.
You’re very welcome 😉
Thank u sooo much for your help i enjoy working with you blessings🙏🙏💖💕❤ i want to know what do i do when making biger or smaler size?
hi Sara I started to crochet this beautiful sweater but I am stuck once again I am using the 4.5 hook I am following your directions but it is not matching up i have the same size yarn you are using. I know you are very busy but can you please tell me what i am doing wrong thank you 🙂😊 and continue your great work I appreciate it
It’s probably your tension. Not sure what size you’re making since the measurements are not going to match if you’re making a different size than mine.
Very clear tutorial... thank you so much
very very clear video ...thank u so much..
Love you❤. Your tutorial is superb, Thank you. Can you please tell me the measurements for making sweaters for age till 10 yrs old with different patterns for girls, it’ll be much helpful. And can you tell me the woolen thread weights ( how much gram have to buy ) for each age. Thank you so much and Happy New Year 🎊🎆🎈-Uma Raj
Best video I’ve ever seen 🙌🏻
Thanks so much! Check out my other ones too 😉ruclips.net/p/PLiGQpEa3IKJ9ZZmfc6uS3xW0RTgPCCz7r
You’re method are amazing and very helpful
Thank you.
Very nice dear 👍
Lovely sweater Sara ! 💛
Thanks Healingsprings. Glad to see your comment 🤗
Yes really amazing
Im using 4ply mandala yarn, a 3.75 hook. I have 85 dbls to make the 17.5 inch chains! How do you get 67??
So I just love this pattern and all your video patterns. You have a special way of teaching it that makes it so easy. I’ve made this for my God son who is 4 with a 4 yarn and 4.5 hook. I wanted to make a matching one for his younger brother size 24 month. What size hook would I go down to for a 4 yarn? Thanks so much for all you do!
Hi! If your tension is loose then use a 3mm hook if not then use the 3.5mm with #4 yarn. If you notice it getting too big with the number of rows I do simply reduce one or two rows for the yoke, body and sleeves. I hope this helps.
@@CrochetForBaby Thanks so much. I will try this!!
Are used the same brand of yarn that you made your sweater out of only my color was rainbow Falls and my sweater didn’t change colors soon enough it looks awful I mean the pattern in the sweater look good but the color whew!!!! Thank you for your videos they’re so helpful🥰
Wished I could send you a pic
I love the yarn too but that is a problem that the colors don’t match. Try cutting each color off next time and join new color at the end of each row 😉
How did you get the strips like that? I used the same yarn different colors but mine doesn’t look like yours....
I cut the yarn for each row but I first separated the colors from the skein.
Great tutorial mate
Hi Sara I'm having a problem I'm using a 5 needle and size 4 yarn my stitches are coming out uneven I have 44 stitches in the back but only 30 stitches in the front of the sweater. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Thank you so much appreciate it. Thought I was almost done lol
🙂
Hi Sara,
Just about to make this pullover... When I chain 68, it only comes up to about 36 cm . It's probably because I'm using different yarn. I'm quite new to crocheting :) the back of the yarn says it's no 2 (fine). I am using the right hook (3.5 mm) as it's suggested 2.5-3.5 mm. It is a yarn from hobbii.fr rainbow organic cotton 8/4. I've made extra chains to make up it up for about 44 cm. But just wondering if I should chain more for the sleeves?
Really appreciate your help
All the best from France from another Sara :)
ah, just watched the beginning of the video again more carefully and you say you're using no 3. That's what it is... Should I still chain more for the sleeves? Probably yes....
I love your work💯,you are so perfect but can you help me with a measurement of 6 to 7 years old,pls I need your help🙏🙏
Thank you for the tutorial its very detailed. I saw your tutorial and made similar pullover in yellow 😀😀
You’re very welcome 😊
My niece is 16 months old and is wearing 2T-3T clothing and I found to get her measurements I had to make everything longer
How big are the cuffs of the sleeve around? Mine look too big?
Looks cute. I’m looking for 12-18 month. Not sure where you get measurements and hook size and yarn thickness for different ages?
Great tutorial! I have completed and have detected a fault in my work. The centre back seam where each row is joined with a slip stitch is not straight .I kept checking that i had the right amount of stitches throughout. Is there an easy answer or reason for this? Thanks
