Yes, you HAVE to. It’s unlike any rod ive ever used. And as you can see, it can handle big fish. I was putting some heat on that rod with that AJ too. Come in and well get one in your hands. Tight lines Adam
Bro this was ALL you!!! I told you I was gonna use that and I wasn't lying!!! I wish I would have remembered your name I would have given you a shout out. You're the man!!! Tight Lines bro!! -Adam
@@wiliamcrane2224 haa!! hey those were some great fish man! i get jealous all the time watching you guys.. up here is Charleston SC we have a 30 mile ride out to 100 ft. keep kill it! Tight lines!
Johnny. Love the video. I have two Seaborg 800's that I love! We deep drop with them and they will auto-jig but I do not want to use them for that as the rod is too stiff. If you see my name you know I have bought a lot of stuff from you which I love. Great store!!! That Railer rod you sold me whipped a 26lb scamp like nothing. I love it. I am one inch from buying a 400 from you and would love another video on the auto jig as that is what I would use it for as well as very deep dropping with a strapped on battery but I would love to see it perform in auto. The young gentleman in this video is an attribute to you. The guy in the pink???? He seems to be in the know as to how to fish but could we do without the yelling and horrible singing? I was attracted to your videos and store for your laid-back, honest attitude. One more video proving the auto jigging works and you cand send me a 400 and another railer rod. THX
Sorry you don’t like my singing. My mom told me I have a beautiful voice. The railer and the 400J are a match made in heaven though. It’s obviously good for auto jigging, but it’s necessary if you plan on dropping past 700-800ft. Especially if you’re a little older or get tired easily. Call the shop and we will get one out to you asap. Tight lines Adam(pink shirt, terrible voice guy)
My friend, im a complete lunatic when i fish. I cant help it. Thats what fishing brings out of me. Hook me up to a big fish and i cant control my emotions. And…Im just as crazy when i fish by myself lol.
Glad you enjoyed the video. I’ll try not so scream in the camera anymore but can’t promise anything. When I have a fish on, my adrenaline kicks in and I go crazy!!! If we ever fish together I’ll bring you earplugs :) Tight lines -Adam
2 lines out, 1 in hand the other by your side. Double the odds, and man from experience I can tell you….. This is no easy feat. There should be a “manual jigging along side an auto jigging setup” category for the slow pitch jigging sport because I’d like to see any other fisherman get out there and pull that off. I tip my hat to any gentleman that can keep calm n jig on with multiple lines out. 1 manual reel is a cake walk, I think it’s high time we spice things up. 😁
@DeeZ36 would be awesome to see. Not many people are willing to double line like this so it’ll be nice to have more conversations about what we learn experimenting with the reels.
The sport is changing with the advances of technology. Look at hunting. The scope changed everything. Now we have thermal optics and semi autos. Sports are evolving. I dont think the elect will ever fully compete with manual jigging. But, it’s here now and definitely has a place in the sport. Tight lines Adam
Props to John for fishing a manual jig rod, and auto jigger, AND keeping us vertical with the sticks. Mad props to our fearless leader!!
Pink was a manly color in the 60s, thanks for your effort in bringing it back around, Adam.
🤣🤣🤣It's one of a kind.

What knot do you usually use to tie the jig to your leader?
I prefer a double wrap clinch knot so the tag end points down. It keeps the assist Hooks from fouling up on the knot.
Any testing of the Ocea Jigger LD 2500 ?
Not this trip Michael. We set off with a Daiwa Seaborg 400j and a few tip attachments.
@@JohnnyJigsTV coming soon I hope I hear good things about it.
What type of mount is that around the neck for the Go-Pro?
It's just a neck mount from Amazon
