And I can relate to that frustration about missing a lift and then overworking yourself, thinking it's gonna make a difference. I hope you share more of your experiences in this sport. Your max bench is my max dead lift so HELL YA bro that's SOLID AF. That's a QUARTER TON bro, sounds badass when you think about it like that. I don't think I'll ever get to that weight in bench, I'm a puller, not a pusher, and that's my theory, some people are pushers and some are pullers and I'm a puller (no homo) all day. Keep posting your content brother we're enjoying ya! 👊 Edit: dunno your age, but when you get closer to your 30s, consider getting on that gear. Nothing nuts, TRT level testosterone with a dash of Deca and/or EQ and you'll thank me later, you'll feel amazing and your strength will go through the roof. Just keep it moderate and you'll be totally fine
