The fact that the ABV barrel shop offers you the ability to try their barrels before you shell out $100 a bottle is the most approachable doorway into upper class bourbon drinking . As a newbie this is so inviting I’ll be on my way here soon !

Because of his relationships in the industry, the owner of the ABV Shop gets access to many barrels others will never see. Example: When they picked the barrel of James E. Pepper Rye they are currently selling, the owner of the distillery himself was rolling out his own hand picked barrels for possible selection!! They also hold the world record for the different barrel picks (not bottles!!) sold in 60 minutes at 47. Great whiskey shop where you can always try before you buy.

I don't mind bundles like that when it is a good pair but I hate when stores just try to move an unsellable bottle by pairing it with a highly desired bottle. I also really like the tasting idea since they often only get a single bottle of the more highly allocated bottles. ABV Bottle Shop is definitely a place I need to put on the list of places to stop by. The idea of a store selling almost entirely barrel picks is great and something that interests me a lot. That Penelope 15 yr Light American Whiskey is a great bottle. I got mine for $100. This store had it for $160. Id buy it at that price having already tried it and liking it.

With any digital media, always practice the 3-2-1 backup method. 3 copies of the data on 2 different types of media (eg flashdrive, harddrive, cloud drive) with one being off site.

My daughter lives in Arnold and I just learned about ABV. A place to visit while visiting her. I usually go to A1 Wine & Spirits which is pretty darn good as well. In St. Louis, I've been to that Friar Tucks. I'm surprised no one mention Dogwood Wine and Spirits - formerly Lukas - in Ellisville.

TJ you're the shit, brother. Even the sponsors you pick make me like you even more. Showing men that it's OK to talk to somebody when they're having trouble or when they're just feeling lonely n need to vent is a super awesome sentiment that breaks the normal thought of it being "weak" or "sissy" if you do. Keep doing what you do...bought my 1st bottle of blantons today because I just started watching your vids like a month ago. (Think I've already seen every vid) Born n raised in KY n live in louisville and I would only drink woodfords on ice. Time to start trying some really good bourbons and up my bourbon game. Can't wait to see your new vids. Would be awesome for you to do an event of some kind in louisville because I bet you have a lot of fans here not to mention people would maybe drive here for bourbon trail also.

Yeah, BetterHelp isn't the sponsor to do that. They've been outed for selling user data, including diagnoses. And for using people who aren't even licensed therapists.

@TheWolfman112 the actual specific business is more irrelevant to what I'm speaking on...just promoting the idea that a strong and even a confident man can sometimes talk to someone and get some professional feedback is huge and has the potential to save a lot of lives. Maybe even the lives of our own loved ones that we don't ever wanna live without. The main idea is.....ITS OK. You are not a weak man and you are not "less than" just because you may need a little support/help every now n then. I hope we are all striving to be better men and stronger men for our families and loved ones. Someone to talk to can definitely help some of us get to that point. God Bless, Brewzle lovers!!
