- This is a follow up video 2020 at the Gator Cutlery Show. I had to practically beat it out of them but now I learned a lot about (and maybe a few secrets) what to look for in a collectable Case knife.
Amazing old time Collection this Man amassed over the years. The average guy today would be fortunate to own just a couple in the condition in those displays
Thanks for the opportunity to be on your video channel! Keep up the good work, Gerald Foster
You and your Dad did awesome thanks for the video and your knowledge.
Remington knives??? You dont know anything about case and thats really terrible bc once your dad goes so is the knowledge. Shame
I've purchased several Case knives from Mr. Foster. Very knowledgeable and cool gentleman. Thank you Mr. Foster for all you've done in this very specialized hobby.
And a real character I might add!
The beauty of those two oknives that gentleman had are amazing
Yea nice but not 6 thousand nice!
I collect knives but have always collected Case and old timers. This is a good video and this man is someone you look up to
I received my first Case knife a couple years ago, as a birthday gift. Beautiful, well made knife. I showed it off on my knife channel. Love your video!

Thanks for the news. It was nice to be around him. He enjoyed life. He sat at a knife show and "held court" like a noble and it was always fun and educational. I am so glad he shared some time with the video camera. The gator Show won't be the same without him.
that green bone..... is unbelievable
Thanks for these blade show videos. Wish we had some here in the philippines.
Tony Foster is the best !!
Love love love this video
Case xx 6376 red home handle stockmen the handle are worn smooth
Man I wish I could get ahold of you Tony. I'm looking for a few specific case knives. Mostly an older case kodiak. Thing is that I'm wanting it to use. Not to put up
How cool is it to reach down and grab one of those and open it?
I wish someone would ask Mr. Foster how he feels about Jim Parker.
Are either one of those knives still available?
Contact Tony Foster. Looks like he has a big collection of all sorts of Case and he buys and sells them.
What about a 6205r case razor
Why did they change stamps? Really?
That's a good question and a surprise question as well. I will have another video from these guys that, for me, explains that. It was to identify what year it was made. So that begs the question: Why didn't they just put the date on them? I guess this way was cryptic? One stretch of time they had 10 dots and each year removed one dot. But you had to know the code. Why put the date on at all? For collectors I guess. And there are a lot of collectors.
this guy still alive? I want a guide
Soon people won't use knives and used will be worth more.
I have several old case knives I'd lake to sell but don't know value
Come to the shows. These guys love to talk about them.
I can't follow.
