2 Dried red chili
1tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1tsp fennel seeds
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion(or use 3-4 small shallot)
1 green chili
1 inch ginger
1/2tsp black pepper
1tsp salt or to taste
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2-3 sprig curry leaves, chopped
Oil for shallow frying
