- A suspect on Massachusetts’ most wanted list was shot and killed in the Bronx after he opened fire on U.S. Marshals who were serving a warrant for his arrest. CBS2's Andrea Grymes reports.

After fully investigating this case, I find that no wrong doing was done on sterlings behalf. He did not violate any policy or law, he was clearly in fear for his life while armed men pointed guns shouting and entered his home breaking down his door while trying to kidnap him.

I feel bad for the families that are in the middle of all this violence. From the video it looks like a nice neighborhood.
What needs to happen is the community must get together and start looking out for one another. I don't want to hear the label a snitch. Look at it this way the person that you take off the street tonight could have been the person who might have shot someone you love the next day. And you had the guts and courage to stand up and take a dangerous person off the streets.
When I grew up in Baltimore everybody knew the police officers in the neighborhood. Back then Baltimore was gorgeous you really could leave your doors online walk around in the middle of the night and not worry about being robbed or killed. Everybody used to look out for one another.
Here in Baltimore during the summer of riots the citizens in the worst part of Baltimore actually wanted more police in the neighborhood not less. A lot of them are around my age and remember how things used to be.
I would love to see 24 hours straight that nobody is shooting or stabbing in any way of killing somebody that nobody has thought of yet. And if we can get the 24 we can go to 48 and who knows maybe our grandchildren could tell their children stories about how inner cities were back in the 20th and 21st century.
I just don't know what is wrong with people today.
