6L Water
1KG Beef Brisket
2 pc Beef short rib
8 Beef tendon balls
200G Raw beef sliced
2KG Beef bones (spine)
3 pc Beef Marrow
4 pc Oxtail
1 pc Dried squid (leave out if you don't have)
1.5 cup Fish sauce
2 tbs Salt
2 Medium sized rock sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tbs Fennel seeds
4 Star anise
1 tbs cloves
3 Black cardamon pod
0.5 cup Coriander seeds

Actually simple bitter gout dish would be cool. It can be cooked so many ways… salted egg yolk, fried salted egg yolk, with egg, with minced meat, just fried for beer time bite, etc, etc… just some suggestion here 😂 maybe ya can have more ideas. It’s such a classic dish

You should roast the bone and vegetables until have a nice color salt them if you want. By doing this you don't need change out the water. Also can roast your meat also or blanch the meat from another pot. Everything else looks great and right.
