Fun fact: The Voxel Huggy model was used in many Zamination videos, the side channel to Mob Games owned by Micah and Zachary Preciado. They make Minecraft animations on that channel for comedic purposes. The Voxel Huggy skin is a crossover from Zamination.
So Voxel Huggy is actually Minecraft Huggy.
So that why it look familiar

The red huggy in 10:40 is probably a spawner where the monster would spawn or it can be scale where they can measure the hight of the monster if they can fit it certain places so the player doesn't get a easy camping spot.
Yeah my first assumption was a scale reference since Huggy's the tallest too.
so in other words a minecraft spawner that only works once? (that magically can scale stuff)
I was thinking of the same two possibilities but why comment it when I can upvote this.

the red huggy was probably there to make sure the map seemed scaled properly for the players/monsters idk why red though

The attention to detail with the skins is really really nice. Having new sfx and even a new jumpscare sound for certain skins is pretty damn cool. Honestly Project Playtime skins would be the only skins I'd ever consider spending money on in a game. They're all cool as shit and pretty detailed. Anyways great video! Looking forward to seeing chapter 3 lost bits one day, and also hope they release (if they haven't yet) those chase bgms. They're pretty good

@@ashuraomega7113 they planned on making it so if you owned one of their unique NFTs, you would get bonus content or some sort of perceived benefit.
This was at the hight of the original game's popularity, and they have quietly tried to sweep it under the rug since.

The scout image reminds me of my uni projects where when I was told to program some new element in my game engine I simply used Linus' face meme, but our image library didn't support PNG or JPG so I had to use a super crusty BMP image.
So my mario/pacman/turtles/ghosts were all linus faces but color shifted so I could identify them before I was even bothered to sprite a new image for them. Why Linus, you might ask? I had saved an image to set as the wallpaper background on the PCs in class, and it was in my clipboard, so, yoink. Better than the one they gave us which is just a circle with red and green lines.
I even remember my teacher coming up and going, "Why do you have a picture of linus in your game?" as I was helping someone else next to me, and I died as he asked that.

Hey I might be able to explain why they changed the steampunk design. It probably was because the design would look too cluttered and muffled having both the pack and character be the same colour with the moving parts. So changing it to some fancy clothing makes it a little easier to see
That’s just my guess tho, not a professional when it comes to design but have been messing around with character designs for years is all
The steampunk design is in the game. It’s in the shop. The steampunk design is a skin while the other design is an outfit. They were shown in the phase 2 trailer.
1:17 has and will always be on my character even if it don’t match

That red Huggy Wiggy might be used as reference to make the maps the right size.
Hiya tetra great vid! Wanted to let ya know I talked to the devs about the middle finger emote and they said it was never in the game technically and the only reason it's still in the code is because when they were first testing emotes they downloaded a gesture pack and the middle finger happened to be one of those gestures and since then they deleted all the other gestures but I was told they keep in the middle finger cuz it makes the team laugh and smile when they see it.
If it was ever a thing, I would probably use it when the monster camps the hatch to let them know exactly how I feel.
Honestly I really hope they add a middle finger emote into the game in the future. It would be fun to use it!

it feels like the deep fried tf2 player which was born as a damned one imagetest was used to be used on model images. (by that i mean there can be images on a model, for example look at boxy clown's bow tie)
What are the deep fried scout image looks like it could be a temporary replacement for abilities just cause it’s black and white like the abilities so it makes sense and also it could just be a texture which is used for the missing any because I’m pretty sure deep-fried scout image is quite noticeable if it’s not supposed to be there as it isn’t supposed to be in the code at all

Corretion to the steampunk skin, is in the game, one youtube show it in a video on "all the new stuff in project playtime" and it works and everything, maybe is RUclips only atm? or posebly part of the errors of the game where hide some stuff and such

I think that the old steampunk skin is that of al the moving part because of the FPS it took it to move.
