Certainly is rare. First for me. Love it anyway..Chuck is one of those artist that comes along once in a lifetime.. Go on Chuck. Your song I believe is JohnnBe Good is on a forever voyage in outer space. Bet those space people are rocking and a rolling like crazy 🤪.
Chuck Berry is still under-rated imho. He was a true poet. Listen to his lyrics to his big hits. He was a true genius and had an enormous influence on the Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc. I love his music and miss him very much. RIP
One of the last 78s pressed in the US. A few dribbled out after that. Also they continued to be pressed in other countries. I saw a picture once of a supposed Beatles Help 78 from India. That would be 1965.
The last commercial 78's were made in 1965-'66 in England. They included the Beatles & Beach Boys. This was pretty much the last one made here in the USA.
I'm 70 and my mother used to say that whenever she got tired "Too pooped to pop!" Thanks for the memories!
That record is the same age as me..

One of the very last 78's commercially released in the USA (1960) Nice find.
Like the way that sax comes in around 1:28!

Everyone is under rated.
Very cool. A little surprised to hear a sax solo instead of Chuck Berry's guitar. Didn't realize they still put out 78's in 1960.

B side to Let It Rock
Awesome song, not structured like a chuck berry song, but it has that chuck berry feel and his voice sounds great
I thought the last 78 was pressed 1959, I could be wrong.
