You said in your oat milk steaming video that you should wait 20 seconds for it the micro-foam to form. Here you’re saying you shouldn’t wait. Which is it? Or is it one for full fat milk and another for oat?
well, my results are almost normal milk and the foam at in top is pure blobby, i hope someone make a auto machine to perfectly make the milk... i not know how much milk it should have, and the air stuff, how exactly it happens? i need to make the steam point over the surface of milk for a while, then make it little below surface and keep it in that position until the jar get soo hot? because is what i already tried some times and not works for me LOL
Please help. I have the Barista Pro and even when i introduce way too much foam it’s still not giving me a good latte art design I also make that vortex when i’m done adding air and it’s still really hard too pour Do I steam my milk too cold?? I bought a thermometer and tried and i couldn’t hold the pitcher and it wasn’t at 60 Celsius 😢
As I understand whole milk (3.25% fat) is typically used by baristas as it has more fat and therefore more thickness. I’m living in South Korea where whole milk is not readily available and very expensive. Can you make half decent latte art with (2% fat) milk? Because I can’t 😆😭
If it's available and cheap enough, adding a little heavy cream or even unsalted butter would help to thicken your 2% milk and give more of a whole milk texture. If that's not an option for you, simply try frothing the milk longer until it reaches a thicker texture. Another option for finding cheaper whole milk would be to search if there are any dairy farms nearby that sell milk directly to consumers. Good luck.
I have an Oracle, I find that the auto milk function (it has 4 steam holes instead of your standard 1) does too good of a job and the milk comes out too thick even on the lowest setting. Any ideas for a fix?
This is the problem I’m recently encountering. Sometimes as baristas we could be making coffees mindlessly without putting hearts into it. So thanks for the reminder!
At my work place whe have an automatic milk steamer and it doesn’t make that great of a bubbly foam every time i make a cappuccino or latte it ends up in a blob because the milk is being to milky but when i do it with my hand it’s like beautiful art swans harts even Christmas trees lol sadly they don’t want us to make it by hand because the automatic one is faster and can make a loot Of cappuccino or lattes in one go
the blobby latte art is still better than what I can do
Same!!! 😭
When I make coffee at home I prefer the thick blobby milk over the silky café-style lol.
Same
Blobby foam like cappocino foam
Right I thought that was Picasso art frfr
Bloby milk looking delicious lol
All these look better than what I do
Ngl the first one looked amazing
1. Do not let too much air when steaming the milk
2. Swirl the pitcher.
3. Swirl the espresso cup.
SO. HELPFUL. Thank you. I’ve been trying everything and my coffees still come out looking like Mr Blobby. ❤
So so so helpful. Thank you
They all look great
This is all super helpful!
Can't wait to try this! I've been making ALL the mistakes you mention! 😲🤔🙄

You just shown every mistake I make every morning 😅😂
Your blob still looks better than mine!😂
Is that a Breville Dual Boiler in the video? How long do you introduce air into your milk for a latte before you start texturing?
Between 3-6 seconds depending on pressure. Shorter on a commercial machine
I had seen another coffee expert say to let the milk sit for a second and now I’m confused
that helpful
Where can I get that brownish cup?
So i have a basic delonghi machine with rubber and when i put the wand i feel like it still adds air. But i will try it again.
Helpful ❤❤❤
Thanks for this. They're a big help
So glad you’re finding it helpful!

Do I steam my milk too cold??

Where do i can get these cups? 🙌🏻
We make them. They’re in our website. New stock in a week
The wrong one looks better than the correct one

I just had a stroke reading this. Punctuation exists for a reason.
I ruined my coffee today while trying art😂
Is that boiled milk or raw?
Grilled
Have you ever been a barista before
Artinya apa bang messi?
Op
What do you mean by introducing air 🙈
When your steam wand is just near the surface of your milk it blows in little rips of air
Please give tips for french press frothing. Hard not to get blobby on it
Bu,t in Italy, cappucino is always served with bobbly milk.
Because that’s a cappuccino not a latte
Thanks, I will incorporate this. But, as a blobby milk expert, you are doing a terrible job of demonstrating blobby milk.
what a loop tho
Lol the way u pour in the mistakes parts is for granted thats why 😢😢😢😢
Blobby milk doesnt look that bad ngl
The blobby milk is still delicious even if it looks like that, one day I will eventually learn this skill you bastards!
I read bloody Jesus Christ
The milk must be lukewarm because you can’t hold a steel jug like that with hot milk in it. Coffee too cold
I just dump it in and guess what it tastes the same. Espresso people are beyond pretentious
Looking like a nuke
tipuuu
I just want to know. No disrespect st all. But it’s killing me. You gay?
Does that matter?
No, just Australian
@@markjosephbacho5652 it kind of does
How smart do you need to be to make a coffee?
