    Top video Shane, very informative for people starting out lure fishing, i fish my lures for Wrasse the exact same way as you except I use 2 beads, one either side of the ball weight, the second one protects the knot at the swivel is my thinking. Keep up the great work mate and keep doing great videos like this 👍👊

    Just found this. Great video. Very simple method - I like that a lot. I will most definitely be using your set up thanks. I didn’t know anyone else used those lures. (Had mine for years)
    I have a nice variety of sizes & colours including some multi-coloured ones. I’m the other side of the IofW near Brighton, and usually fish from a kayak but wanted to try some lure fishing from shore. I will get out there and give a go. Now a subscriber. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻

      @@Fishingdorsetlive while you’re there …..😊 the rod you were using what is the cast weight please? For example 12g - 30g. Or the rough equivalent. (I guess I’ll have to use the appropriate lead ball for my rod.) I was just curious as I only have my kayaking rods and didn’t want to buy yet another 🥴🥴 thanks.

    • @Fishingdorsetlive
      @Fishingdorsetlive  4 месяца назад +1

      @danharvey7717 I’m at work so can look later ,just go by what your rod says and have a minimum lead and a maximum lead,then just try it,I’m no pro but show what I no and happy to share my experiences
