  • Today is a sea day on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady, our last full day. We start the day with brunch at Razzle Dazzle folllowed by pool time. Dinner is at Extra Virgin before I try my hand at the casino again. We end the evening in The Red Room for Dual Reality. I also give my hot take on how Virgin Voyages compares to Disney Cruise Line.

The service on the valiant lady was really good, I know on Disney it is outstanding. I thought the food was a lot better on virgin though.

I agree with that about the food. There are several areas I would give VV the edge over Disney. I’ve got a complete review where I rate the two side-by-side coming soon.

The reason that servers don’t put orders for water as priority is because water stations are all over the ship including the pool deck where you were sitting. Water refills in room everyday. Infused and flavour waters in galley 24hrs. If you are too lazy to walk 20 feet to get water that’s on you. Virgin encourages all guests to bring water bottles.

Thanks for watching! Bars are also all over the ship, also a few steps away from the pool. Why am I considered lazy because I ask for water, but everyone else asking for cocktails isn’t? Both are readily available everywhere, but servers will only bring the cocktails. I know the reason. Water is free, and cocktails aren’t. My point exactly.
