The service on the valiant lady was really good, I know on Disney it is outstanding. I thought the food was a lot better on virgin though.

The reason that servers don’t put orders for water as priority is because water stations are all over the ship including the pool deck where you were sitting. Water refills in room everyday. Infused and flavour waters in galley 24hrs. If you are too lazy to walk 20 feet to get water that’s on you. Virgin encourages all guests to bring water bottles.

ahh loved it, i literally got off a virgin voyages back to back cruise on Sunday on the valiant lady, did the Dominican daze one then the key west one. I didn't do gunbae but I would next time. I travelled solo,looking forward to the rest of the vlogs 🙂🙂

Moonshine is white whiskey...not put in a barrel to be aged. Whiskey is clear off the still and then gets its color and flavor mostly from the barrel char.

The best part of this video was you all showing how thankful you are. It really was beautiful made me cry. So many people aren’t able to do what you were doing and realize that is amazing

I know they have pastries at cove cafe but I didn’t realize they have all that! Was that just at night they have different items in there available? Or maybe I missed and they have those during the day!

Ok, just WOW....I'm going backwards through your videos and this is the second one I've watched. Your Genuine positive energy comes right through the Video. I was happy to see you get another Meat and Cheese board. lol Like you, I enjoy an Adult Beverage while at the parks and eat light while there. The DRUM boat was my favorite one while you were relaxing and dining. BTW, I first went to Walt Disney World as a kid with my Grandparents in 1973 and we stayed at the Polynesian Resort since they lived in Hawaii at the time and I was born in Hawaii. I've lived here in Florida for over 50 years now and had my Annual Disney Pass for 30 of those years.

What was the times of the excursions?....on and off the ship?

The core of this video is a good quick summary to the trip to Josh Van Dyke, but our experience was not as positive. We were at Josh Van Dyke last Tuesday (Dec 13, 2022) and, unfortunately, experienced a high tide and rather rough waves. Therefore, the "beach" in front of a retaining wall was only about two deck lounge chairs in depth (<20 feet) with high waves often washing under the row of deck chairs nearest the water. The wave surge was quite intense and the undertow was significant; someone with cell phone beside their chair had it washed into the ocean. The reserved Disney beach location is at the FAR west end of those panoramic aerial photos you see on the internet; chairs and umbrellas were provided. There is no way you could lay/sun with a beach towel on the beach as you would have been soaked during our visit. The water transport to Josh Van Dyke is about 40 minutes and on our day the ride was rolling but not a cause for nausea; however, the music was much too loud where we were sitting on the large double-hull 60-passenger vessel. The $10 8oz painkiller available here was mediocre compared to the $10 much tastier 12oz painkiller we had the next day at St. Thomas Magens Bay Beach. The included coupon provided a lunch (bar-b-que chicken legs, beef ribs, fish was served with rice, macaroni salad, mixed raw vegetable salad, assorted fruits and cookies); it was quite good. The one included drink coupon was only for soft drinks or juice. The transport from the marina to the beach was less than 15 minutes in open "buses" and the views were often impressive. Tipping was "expected" for both the water and the land transport. Our $119 per person Disney Tortola beach excursion experience is not something we wish to repeat. The $59 Magens Bay Beach excursion was much better with only an ~20-minute transport to the beach though no lunch or beverage coupons were included; beach lounges and umbrellas in a reserved area were provided. Magens Bay Beach is an excursion we would do again.

Did the vendors accept American dollars?

We are thinking of booking this excursion. Thank you for sharing all the details! Was it hard to get a chair? Do you pay extra for that and should we bring cash with us?
