Hey Will John! Just discovered you and your videos today while searching for ways for my teenaged daughter to improve her stamina and endurance for football/futbol/soccer. Just LOVE your videos and so happy to have found you! So, for the Full Circuit, how many reps of each do you do how many times and about how many times a week do you recommend doing these (aside from the Nordic)? Anyway, I've liked all of the videos I've watched and subscribed (something I don't do very often) even BEFORE I saw the ending of this video. 😂 Love it. Keep up the great content! I'm going to make my daughter watch all of your videos! 😁
