I understand what message you try to convey in all of your videos over the last few weeks regarding the slum in IT industry. However what I would request you is, please don’t post videos covering only the negative aspects of a topic. It really demotivates your subscribers a lot(I could be wrong though). Instead of focusing only on the problem please try to provide some possible solutions ( not the generic ones ) as well.
Anand is not demotivating anyone in his videos. He is making us aware well in advance of what is incoming soon. This is better than getting a shock at the last moment due to our ignorance.
Negative aspects is also part of it
Why u afraid of it
We should discuss negatives too and try to think about solution
Anand sir is right, we need to be ready for these negative situations. I've observed in my company these scenarios in real time. Nobody will be helping us except our knowledge and some true friends in circle.
If you only want happy flow in a software and cant stomach the anomalies then IT is not an industry for you. 👍
That's his job..that's how he get views..if we say this he and his fans gets frustrated and bully us 😂 they think only Indian IT employees are facing all problems of the world and other sector employees having fun and enjoying daily
IT will stay however can't say about fancy salaries
fancy salaries will not be there after financial reset, that's garunteed
Fancy salaries are only carrot to work in IT otherwise people would go for less stress & live like how their grand parents lived!
@@NM-tk4kc That will be good for everyone.
Sir. To be honest, your videos are always demotivating and creates a sense of insecure. Your job is not safe even if youre in a top profitable companies like Amazon or google. But i have seen people working safely in companies which once told not safe or growth. So, irrespective of how much skills you have or join a company which you believe secure, all are myth. So stop negativity and try to post videos on new job opportunity and positive aspects of workplace.
Freshers should not attempt IT in there 1st attempte. Try for administrative, public sector, research based job. If you fail thn IT door is always open.
Once you enter IT then fight for survival through out your life.
This person is speaking bogus and not telling real things arey why job market ios down and why there are no jobs for the past 2 years the answer is because Federal reserve of USA has kept rates steady which was 0 in december 2022 but in august 2024 it was 5.25 to 5.50,now fed has started cutting intrest rates so job opportunities will come up
On the point 👍👍👍, One point I would like to add here is the excessive hiring that took place during COVID. That excessive hiring was bound to be normalized.
@@kshashank11 not agreed
@@aurovindsahoo you are entitled to have your opinion, I am not expecting that everyone should agree to my opinion, I just posted mine.
Only rate is not the reason, IT is moving 😅
Sir 🙏
Please guide us as a fresher who are 30 from MCA/BTech line and are completely directionless, about getting into IT or any other industries. Only thing that we have right now is a crazy mind-set to do anything! (After getting failed/wasted a lot of time from respective past experience)
I hope you can understand what my words are failing to explain 🙏
My age is 31 years and I m completely stuck in every direction 😢.. Don't know how to get a job.. please help
Excellent insights given in this video, Anand. I do agree with your first two points of AI & some work shifting to other countries with better time zones.
But for the third point of jobs being retained for locals, especially in the US, the quantity will be extremely low.
I can say this confidently as i have worked in the service industries and have observed call and chat process for six years on a daily basis. US counter parts get eight times salary and 1/3rd work as compared with indian people ( cheap labour). So if businesses are getting this leverage than this drama will continue till 5th November 24 election at US and not ahead. Please share your thoughts on this.
it industry under pressure with layoffs and resignation rising quickly per month
@@sanujitroy6830 I understand this is a situation like the recession of 2008. But it won't be permanently existing. Things will start improving at some point of time. This is an observation from events of the past century. Wall street crashed....2008 recession came but than recovered also..
RIP for all techie , who doesn't aware about that, in future quantum computer change the processes of making thing, FMCG would not depend on lab , medicine company would use quantum computer to make drug, it's time to capped business to not enter in unorganized sector , otherwise they steal all jobs whatever left. Ratio is very bad compare to giving Job and taking job .
Ur comment needs to be 📌
the golden age of software engineering is fading away
Don't create useless videos for the sake of views.
Sir, I wanted to ask you something. My job requires me to work for 9 hours, and after that, I don’t feel like picking up my laptop again for the rest of the day. Now, I want to switch, but when I feel exhausted or realize I have work in the afternoon, I wonder how I can study so much.
I’m afraid that my eyes will hurt or my health will deteriorate, and because of this, I’m unable to do any courses or anything else to make the switch.
Nice Video Sir,
I have had half a decade Work Experience with Indian's Biggest Private Sector Banks, Currently On Sabbatical and Very Keen to Restart Career in IT Industry, so skilling up to get break into IT Sector. What are chances of getting absorbed in IT Field after the career Gap. Need You Advice with the ROAD MAP to get into IT with NON-IT Background and Work Experience ?
Thanks.
One additional point to consider is the increasing trend of migration from India and other developing countries to the US in search of job opportunities. While this migration has been occurring for many years, the volume has significantly increased since 2020. Some individuals are even opting for alternative routes, such as the 'dunki' method, to enter the US. This influx of emigrants could lead to downward pressure on wages in countries like the US and the UK, as companies may exploit the availability of labor by paying workers minimum wage.
Namaskaram,
You are just in a state of mind,
being positive is good but discarding the reality is just to calm one selves
Reality is Stranger will continue to do so....
True. My Corp have been hiring from Mexican universities. Same time zone. Not surprisingly have shown exceptional talent and dedication. I work in very core parts of operating system.
Jobs getting retained locally, other jobs moving to Columbia , Mexico, Brazil is a big possibility. When people say you need to have technical skills then there is no end to it as technology keeps coming at a rapid pace which is too much to absorb
great insights Sir, especially about latest trends. I guess these largely apply to software services companies. would the same apply to software product companies as well? or would there be some variations ? Thanks
One has to be cross-functional to sustain a technical job or stick to a particular domain along with relevant technical skills. For example, having a skill like healthcare informatics may shortlist you in healthcare domain.
Pls make video on should we go for study abroad after work ex or find job in india itself with good pay or Directly start applying international
Very good analysis, please ignore negative comments
Video is uploading only for views 🤬🤬
Do not forget Indians can stretch post weekend. Till 12pm . Daily 14-18 hours which nobody can do.
in Alcoholism and in workoholism nobody can beat us
Sad but true
😅😅😭
Ek meetha paani pls
What do u mean by that
@@AYUSH-wv4ly i was high when i wrote this
Sir,, I falsely included in a criminal case and currently I am on bail. Also I took 1 month leave from my MNC company. Now when I join the company and started working for the client. BGV started from the client side. Should I mute or should I inform my HR for the case ?
its better to stay quiet unless they ask about it.. also then dont say you were falsely accused..tell them there is case going on and still in the process and nothing is confirmed yet..something like that..and once you have come out clean, then you can shwo that as proof (also i am not a experienced or manager level guy, i have just 4 years of IT experience) so take my advice like a pinch of salt and aks someone more experienced in this..mainly ask some other company HR, not your own
Thanks mate for your advice.. please if any HR or manager level read my comment,.please reply.
