- This 10-minute exercise routine is specifically designed for those living with and beyond cancer. It's a low-impact workout that can help improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. It’s recommended that those with cancer aim to get 150 minutes of exercise a week for the most benefit. That may include walking, swimming, biking, or others. In this video, I will share a light-intensity exercise routine to help get someone moving during or after cancer treatment. You won’t need any equipment, except some space. Be sure to always get clearance by your doctor before starting any new exercise, as not all exercises are suitable for everyone.
