There was a prequel to this video that had more Beam Attack lore, and explains how King Doo ended up in hell. (Also the VA for “Satan” is a stand-in for Mr. Beast)
In Hi Jump's defense, not only did he use an ability that was added in the remake to show it up, he also went out of his way to use that added ability with a bonus he was holding on to, which was also added in the remake, and that new ability normally inhalable at that puzzle
@@theduckgoesmoo Yeah high jump, while not optimal in power, it's very safe since all of it's moves give you I-frames,. Actually good in combat. the worse ability in the game would be Sleep, but even that ability (as useless as it is) has a hurt box.
So, a little trivia. Ever since Return to Dreamland, every mainline kirby game (except Star Allies and Forgotten Land I think?) has had a little easter egg in the names of the worlds. If you take the first letter of each world, it spells out a hint to the final boss. In this game, it spells out crowned. In Triple Deluxe, it spells flowered(?), and so on.
This is a remake of Kirby's Return to Dreamland. You know, the Wii Kirby game I told you to play if you ever played Kirby games again. I haven't played this remake yet... Too busy with Resident Evil, but I want to since I LOVE the original, it's a top 5 Kirby. And if you ever get a Switch, play it too (with friends preferably).
Wait. You've never heard how Kirby's sounds before? That can't be right. I'm sure they used some of his sound clips in the Death Battle. Maybe you thought they were custom?
I was there for the twitch stream when he got the zero mask. It was so funny to see live. The stream was him editing a video and at the end he played a mini game which led to him getting the mask.
To explain this game, Return to Dreamland Deluxe is a Switch remake of Return to Dreamland for the Wii, with added content such as that castle at the start of the video and a side story showing how Magalor survives the events of this game. Makes sense they’d rerelease this game since it was a pretty significant milestone in the franchise, being in development for 11 years, originally meant to be on the GameCube and started incorporating the concepts of the red butterfly in the games which would later become Morpho Knight, a harbinger of the end times and judge of the souls of the dead.
4:30 yeah, stone has references to a bunch of kirby characters and some game there are some new ones that reference the newer games Also the color represents the rarity and from what i heard gold is the rarest.
You definitely skipped the first 2 episodes of this series title "THE NEW KIRBY" and "Mech breaks Kirby: which I 100% recommend checking out. There's also a follow up to this one titled "this is not Kirby" which, once again, I recommend watching at some point.
Hey I was watching one of your old videos and you said they you are planning to watch smash bracket sometime in the future I just wanna ask you have plans to or not because they're one of my favorite channels
18:00 yeah some abilities have a block that literally make ya invisible. Not a fan of them, cause unlike Failboat, I feel ashamed when using them on a bossfight.
Ah yes, Zero, the simplest, yet creepiest character in Kirby.

I suggest you Failboat's "this is not Kirby", since it's literally the episode that comes after this one, where he plays the postgame

@@PoyoDreamerI wasn’t expecting to see you here
The sand ability is literal the best power in the game. It has; high damage, high attack speed, and an invincible block.

Forgotten Land does use this naming scheme. It spells out “New world” that way “even though you’d have to count Lab Discovera as the last two letters)
Kirby Star allies, although it doesn’t say anything about the final boss, also spells something out in the second World, F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
In Star Allies all the stages in on Planet Popstar spell out "FRIENDS", and in forgotten land every area name spells out "NEW WORLD".

Didn't expect to see a Failboat video on your channel again.
