Yay, Anna!!! I'm so invested in her nails and feel oddly proud of her for sticking with it! Thanks for another great video Anastasia, you're these best! With love from Los Angeles 🥰
My nails used to look like Ana’s from when I was a little kid up til prom of high school (age 17). I got acrylics at the time, and the hardness of them didn’t give me the satisfaction when I bit at them, so I stopped. I kept acrylics on for about two years after that, off and on, and I fully stopped biting habitually. Now, my natural nails look like Ana’s finished nails; my nail beds are more than twice as long as they used to be, and my free edges are always past my finger tips. So happy with actually pretty hands now. You have no idea how much taking the time to help Ana’s nails grow means to us nail biters. I appreciate nail techs like you and the ones who didn’t belittle me, but instead help to make our hands beautiful. We can recover from this, guys! Also, advice for any nail biters who are in the process of kicking the habit: I suggest buying a little travel size nail kit. When you get the urge to bite, use the proper tools to file or clip the piece of peeled skin or hang nail so it’s smooth and not jagged, and so you don’t end up going on a biting spree. It helped me tremendously.)
As an ex nail biter, I constantly have "long" nails because the skin underneath my skin is just constantly way out. I'm greatful I don't get urges anymore to bite my nails. to my fellow nail biters, keep going. it's going to pay off
So happy to see Anna with you again 💞 she is the most popular model of yours😃 love both hands !! Please Anastasia show us again the correction for up growing(ski jump) nails that you made under the nail 🙏 send you my love from Athens Hellas 🌞
I swear anna is my FAVOURITE 🥰 love the white on her nails! They look fantastic with the glitter polygel and still looks delicate on her hands! Both are stunning tho!
It is truly amazing that you can transform bitten nails like that. I've said this before but I'll say it again, I've watched a lot of bitten nails get a transformation but yours are the best videos. You really make the nails look naturally longish and it's hard to tell that's not her real nail length.
Ah! Anna’s cuticles are so satisfying to watch when they are being cleaned! I could watch a video of all Anna’s cuticles cleaning from beginning to now 😍
I love the dark nude colour too! What great progress Anna has made with her nails! She should be very proud; and so should you, Anastasia! It is lovely to see you two back together again. Anna is so invested in her nail care routine and the result is proof of her dedication. Well done to you both! It is a beautiful set. And as usual, your work is impeccable, Anastasia!! 😍 👏🏼👏🏼
I love white, or light, or shimmery colors because they do make my natural nails, which are small but long, look wider. Both of Anna's hands are very pretty! TFS 😻 Britt
I loved this set you did. Perfect length for her tiny nails, and the poligel looks so easy to do ...also the quality looks pretty amazing also. I love the color you used
The white one is my favorite too! I'm a sucker for a milky white gel lol. Ana is doing so good! I bet she was really happy that you came home for a little bit and I bet your kitties were extra glad to see you! 🐈😻🐈⬛😺🐾
They're so pretty I'm sure Anna is very happy with her new nail's...that polygel is so beautiful I really love the shimmer in both colour's...thankyou for sharing Anastasia oh and your new hair do suit's you perfectly xo 💜💅💜
I'm always impressed by Anna's nails transformations!!! And I'm also impressed how fast you put your drill, I use like 5000 rotations per minutes for my cuticule and never more than 15,000 for taking down my gel/poligel and I never uses something else than red or blue abrasive marks safety bits 😅 Even then, I manage to get heat spikes and sometimes my skin hurts 🤦🏻♀️ I'm no nail tech and I do only my nails tho.
There seem to be two schools of thought in terms of e filing. A lot of North American techs use speeds like you described while a lot of Europeans crank that file up to full speed. I've tried both approaches and I get on a lot better with the latter. While it seems counterintuitive at first, carbide and ceramic bits run a lot smoother on higher rotation speeds. My hand is also no longer cramping and I get less heat because I no longer feel like I need to compensate the lack of speed with pressure. I also get less divets and unevenness. High speed, and even strokes without pressure is what made e filing click for me. I'm certainly no master nail technician but that switch in technique was basically an immediate improvement. Maybe give it a try on a plastic practice finger or Swatch stick and see if it works for you.
Mhmm. You’re getting g heat spikes & discomfort bcuz you’re not using high enough speeds. Use the red diamond pieces for cuticles between 16-26rpms. Rn I’m comfortable with up to 21 but I’m still learning. It’s ok to use this high speeds bcuz you’re using tiny drill bits. For the medium abrasion pieces, use slightly lower speeds like between 15 & 23. If you use arbor bands, I’ve already learned. You need the medium grit. Here’s why. You start to try and dig in or press down or go over the same spot too many times with abrasion or speed that is too low in order to achieve the same results. For this, you can go up to 6rpms, but 3 works for me for the natural nail and for reducing product after application. This is bcuz of the largeness of the bit. Large bits must rotate slower, they have more surface area
i am learning and prefer fast n just using a light touch. it takes more hand control and mess ups hurt but i really like perfecting my motor functions so it’s a fun skill for me haha. it also goes so much faster when i do get it right. and the pain of hitting my cuticle is a great teacher and doesn’t last :)
Anna WOW 🤩 your nails and cuticles look amazing. You’ve done great 👍 I agree about wanting to do a clean up if cuticles. It’s my favorite part. Cuticles make or break beautiful nails and pictures!! Thanks 😊 as always Anastasia I always rely on your videos to help people with cuticle care as a nail tech. 💕💕💕💕💕
Anna’s nails look great so much improvement! I’ve noticed that I have been picking at my hangnails recently when I started school again, I think it’s just anxiousness. Gonna go do some cuticle care while I watch this🏃🏻♀️
I’m with Anna, loving the white nails so much! When I was getting my nails done in the salon, my tech always had me wash my hands after shaping & filing.
I like to do my nails as a hobby, and the first nail product kit I bought was a polygel kit. I used it for around a year without ever buying an efile because I was in college and didn't have much money. Trust! It was a nightmare filing off excess by hand. I would take extra time to smoothen out the bottom overflow as much as possible 😭. I finally caved into an efile that was around $20something USD, and it's a melody Susie efile too actually. I'm never going back to hand filing polygel no way!
it is so cool tha you are willing to help her, i used to bite my fingers and nail as a child so i know how hard it is to give up on a bad habit, tho my lip biting habit is still not gone but I'm hardly trying :D
Beautiful job as always. So I no what I'm about to ask u has nothing but everything to do with this. So 2 of my nails bend backwards n they have broken off my fingers. OMG, did it hurt.😭. So my question is wat should I do after I've cleaned my nail. I would like to send u a picture of both nails but I'm unable to do so. Wat should I do???
Yes, I know how it feels. 😂 Picking out a horse’s hooves and grooming them is so satisfying. Clean feet, clean horse…I go into withdrawals if I don’t get to groom a horse and pick feet.
I had no idea the reason I hate white on me is that it makes it look wide. I have short nail beds like Anna. I thought the white clashed with my skin tone. Maybe it still does lol. I love that nude polygel. It looks so pretty. Anna must be so happy. Her nails look great! Is there a way to reshape Apres nails or dupes for them, into a Russian Almond? Is it possible? I can't fit a form to try to sculpt them so I thought I would ask you🥰
I absolutely love your videos.❣️I also liked nude color, quick question, I have very very short nails, do you suggest I put tips so they can grow quicker.?
Yay, Anna!!! I'm so invested in her nails and feel oddly proud of her for sticking with it!
Thanks for another great video Anastasia, you're these best! With love from Los Angeles 🥰

Stunning as always 😘👌 I'm sure Anna is very happy with the result and to have you as her nail tech. Blessings to you both from Scotland. 🙏 🏴 ✌️
Thank you ! 😘
Wow ...perfect ..talk about attention to detail ..ive never seen such stunning nails
As an ex nail biter, I constantly have "long" nails because the skin underneath my skin is just constantly way out. I'm greatful I don't get urges anymore to bite my nails. to my fellow nail biters, keep going. it's going to pay off
I cannot believe these are Anna’s nails. Miracles do exist!

The white glittery polygel with the stickers is stunning! Great job as usual
The pink one is my favorite, because it really suits her skin tone.
That was a beautiful set. I think my favorite was the white also.
Thank you ! 😘

Ah! Anna’s cuticles are so satisfying to watch when they are being cleaned! I could watch a video of all Anna’s cuticles cleaning from beginning to now 😍
Beautiful princess nails for Anna! The white hand is my favorite, but I love both.

How funny, I was like oh, Anna, wait that’s not Anna, it’s someone else, but no. Well done Anna ! Your nails look great!

With higher speeds and grit, use a gentler hand and focus on working from the outsides in and then over the top of the whole nail diagonally.

These short, bitten nail videos are satisfying to watch, the same way furniture restorations are.
Anna WOW 🤩 your nails and cuticles look amazing. You’ve done great 👍
I agree about wanting to do a clean up if cuticles. It’s my favorite part. Cuticles make or break beautiful nails and pictures!! Thanks 😊 as always Anastasia I always rely on your videos to help people with cuticle care as a nail tech. 💕💕💕💕💕
I love both hands. They look gorgeous.
I used to hate this part but understanding how critical it is and which nail bits to use helped me do also enjoy the process.
Yay! Anna is back!!! I missed the videos about her :) Greetings from Argentina!
Both hands are gorgeous. Well done Anna 💗🤍
Anna’s nails have never looked better!
Anna’s nails look great so much improvement! I’ve noticed that I have been picking at my hangnails recently when I started school again, I think it’s just anxiousness. Gonna go do some cuticle care while I watch this🏃🏻♀️
I love the white!! It's soooooo pretty! I missed Anna so this made me happy to see her again! Amazing job as always! 🤍
woww really cute nails and colors! i really love the shimmer 😍
Very good idea to use white polygel in order to give to Ana the white that she wants! I think I like the white hand more too.
Beautiful transformation!

Both hands are beautiful ❤️ good girl Anna!
Such a beautiful job. ❤❤❤
Wow, Anna, beautiful nails
Your work is amazing, very gifted I love the efile
I like to do my nails as a hobby, and the first nail product kit I bought was a polygel kit. Cleaning cuticles is my favorite part of manicures also
it is so cool tha you are willing to help her, i used to bite my fingers and nail as a child so i know how hard it is to give up on a bad habit, tho my lip biting habit is still not gone but I'm hardly trying :D
Haha, so true! Sometimes when I am desperate, I clean my husband or teenage son's cuticles.
It would be great if you showed the products your using, I loved both and would like to know what polygel you used
Mesmerizing!!! ✨💖✨
Yeeeeees cuticules removal is liiiife !!
What is this amazing color poly gel ?
I couldn’t find the brand and color in the description 😅
Anna's nails give me anxiety. But I love your work Anastasia. You don't miss, girl!
Love the white one
Gorgeous as always 😍 that polygel is stunning! Do you have a link for purchasing please? X
Beautiful job as always. So I no what I'm about to ask u has nothing but everything to do with this. So 2 of my nails bend backwards n they have broken off my fingers. OMG, did it hurt.😭. So my question is wat should I do after I've cleaned my nail.

Yes, I know how it feels. 😂 Picking out a horse’s hooves and grooming them is so satisfying. Clean feet, clean horse…I go into withdrawals if I don’t get to groom a horse and pick feet.
These turned out perfect!! Can you tell me what poly gel and dual forms you used?
I had no idea the reason I hate white on me is that it makes it look wide. I have short nail beds like Anna. I thought the white clashed with my skin tone. Maybe it still does lol. I love that nude polygel. It looks so pretty. Anna must be so happy. Her nails look great!
Is there a way to reshape Apres nails or dupes for them, into a Russian Almond? Is it possible? I can't fit a form to try to sculpt them so I thought I would ask you🥰
Both are stunning but my favorite hand is the white one
Absolutely love
Love both colors
So satisfying to watch Anna's journey! These are beautiful as per always. Quick question: what polygel is this?
It’s by Cosmoprofi
@@Nailcou thank you ❤️
White one is beautiful
I absolutely love your videos.❣️I also liked nude color, quick question, I have very very short nails, do you suggest I put tips so they can grow quicker.?
I recommend hard gel overlay or any kind of extensions 😉
@@Nailcou thank you so much
Where can I get the neutral pink glitter gel? It’s beautiful! I also love the white!
I love them both. I can't wear white though. It just looks awful on my hands. Love any color with glitter anytime of the year.
A brushed dc motor has parts that touch and wear out, while a brushless one doesn't have the same problem.
The nails are beautiful.
White is my favorite
I like the white ones.
Like both hands but loved the white better with the stamped designs
may i ask where i can buy that pointy cone shaped carbide bit? i totally need it😅
Binging your videos ....love from Indiana USA
Gracias ❤️❤️
Beautiful mani
What brand is the polygel? I love it!
Can you please link this beautiful glittery pink and white polygel ? Where can we buy it?
Do you have an Amazon link to the Coffin shape dual forms you're using please?
The shape is lovely.
Great video!!!❤❤❤
Btw, how long does it usually take you on average to complete an acrylic nail service? 😮
I have a drill from that company:) love it
