When I feel low, I tell myself, that it's okay to not feel good! Do a break 1-2 hours and than you start replanning your scheduel! And plan realistically! Maybe 7 hours of studying a day is not realistic for you, so you just plan to study 3 or 4 hours and if you still feel motivated after you done your planned amount of study-time, keep on going. If you stop studying after 4 hours, be proud that you did it!
Make your study a habit. Set times that will be your studying time EVERYDAY Start small; use the 2 minutes rule( do something for 2 minutes and add every time) Take breaks: for 5min every 30min if possible; because we tend to remember unfinished things And last but not the least, always remember your why

You have to know which is more important at the moment. If you have the opportunity to go to that party, then go. If you have and important exam tommorow, then stay home. But we need to have free time for hanging out,for chatting with friends, having fun at friday night. The success is important, but not the most. Because in the last seconds of our live, the only thing that lasts are the memories, not the money. Balance. Your. Life.

Today I have my exam.. The problem is that I have been working so hard but still I can't achieve my goal.😶 Because everyone in my class has the study material that our class teacher advised to buy But I bought a book which was 💯 better than what my class teacher told And now every questions come from that book.. They are just reading and coming whereas here I am working out each and every sums but still my teacher thinks I am not doing my fullest...😭
I don't like that he says be better than others. What makes you different than them... Is not the better question? What makes you be the best version of yourself? And be better than you think you can be.
