      Thanks for the comment mannnn, I was so confused I thought over reinforced is good because first concrete will fail (will give signal) b4 steel.
      Now it makes sense it's not steel failure it's elongation... So under reinforced 👍

    I wonder, why not discuss which arrangement has the highest load bearing capacity while discussing beam failure? To omit such discussion would cause grave misunderstanding.
