Thanks sir , Your diagram is so proper that first time i could understand properly that how moves xu lim axis up and down in under and over reinforced section with proper reason. Thanks by heart..
Hii when lets assume in T section which is under reinforced depth of N.A. from extreme compression fiber is 50 mm (maximum compresive strain is 0.0035) and depth of centre of tension reinforcement from NA is 500 mm(thus by compatibility of strain tensile strain will be 10 times maximum compresive strain) is that much strain allowed?
In this case, I'm still not able to get difference between all three sections. I meant to say is if I provide 3 bar in bottom and 2 or 3 bar in top also, will be that be an over reinforced section ? Does Ast play any role in deciding the type of section ? And in your balanced section, what if I provide 2/3 bars in top also ?
Please explain, in the case of under-reinforced beam vs the rest, how is it that the ability to visualize excessive stress in concrete beams is better that the ability to support such stress? Let's say an under reinforced concrete beam will start to bend to support 10 tonnes of stress, while the over reinforced beam will be able to support 12 Tons of stress comfortably, if the load is 12 Tons, how is the under-reinforced beam better performed when it clearly failed?
While engineers design against failure, I have learnt they design things to "safely" fail too. An under-reinforced beam failing on applied 10 tonnes load fails by yielding gradually, using up all the ductile properties of the steel in tensile region, this makes it easier to detect it's failing and allows engineers to act on correcting the structure before it completely fails. But a 12 tonnes capacity over-reinforced beam will fail suddenly if it exceeds capacity making it very dangerous to use.
in most cases when fe 250 is provided as compression reinforcement then it will attain its design yield point but in case of fe415 and fe500 steel,it is not possible WHY ???????????
Thank you sir , for teaching in such a nice and short way ......
Hiii
Yes 🥰
Are u snehal??
All vedio u are presented is very fantastic vedio
Thank you so much 😀
Thank you sir... The concepts are cleared
Welcome, all the best
Explanations are clear and to the point. Thank u very much sir.
Thank you sir. This is very helpful to me
Most welcome, happy to help, keep supporting

I am very happy that I made you understand the concept, support me by sharing with your friends, keep watching and keep learning, all the best
Very nice sir. Easily clear all concept and make more video... 👍👍👍
Thank you so much Mehul, yes we are coming up with more videos
thank you sir this content is really helpful in this lockdown
Glad to hear that, thank you so much, will be coming up with more videos, keep watching
5 marks secured in exam with this video❤😂
Wonderful video!
Thank you very much! Keep watching and sharing
Short but deep meaning ❤
الله یهدیك الی اصح الطریق
Well done..keep posting on other topics
Yes sir, coming up with analysis and design of all RCC structural elements
What type of beam provide that may not failure and remain safe.
According to IS Code it is stipulated to provide under reinforced beam
Thank you very much Sir 🙏
Most welcome, all the best

nise point to point explanation.
Thank you
What is critcal depth and actual depth

Which type of section give sign before fail
Thank you Sir 🙏
Most welcome, all the best, keep sharing
Sir hindi me accha se samajh aata hai
Is under reinforced beam deeper when compared to a balanced beam section????
Could you please explain prestressed concrete sir
Your request noted, will try to come up with some videos on this topic
Thank you sir
Welcome, all the best, keep watching and sharing
What will happen if I also provide steel in top side of beam in Over reinforced beam ?
Dear first of all u should not provide over reinforced beam, and if its over reinforced section why you want to provide extra steel on top?
In this case, I'm still not able to get difference between all three sections. I meant to say is if I provide 3 bar in bottom and 2 or 3 bar in top also, will be that be an over reinforced section ? @@leeladhargadgil6029 then it becomes doubly reinforced beam, u should also satisfy the max percentage of steel reinforcement in beam I,e 4% of bd
Sir, I want to do design structure so which software is good to design
Sir didn't get what is critical neutral axis
its maximum

Nice sir ji
Thank you so much
I think that over reinforce strain diagram suffle with under reinforce strain diagram.
Thanks sir
All the best
Thanx sir
Most welcome, all the best
super sr
Thank you so much, keep watching
thank you, sir...
We are happy this video helped you, stay tuned for more videos
Sir what is meant by yielding of steel
Thank you
You're welcome
Kindly clear that Area of steel is greater than Area of steel in critical section
I would rather believe in real life demonstration (tested or proven) and what grade of steel they are using. rather than only on "THEORY".
🙂🙂
Dear Sir, I want to talk to u
thanku sir
Stress diagram
sir agr engilsh me samjna hota toh ham book hi padh lete 😅
Sir English me samajh nahi aaya🤐
not good
Kindly you can make video and explain it in a better way
