The main problem with that city is wants to eat more than her capacity. It is happening in infra, water, drainage and etc. That city is fit for the 50% of the current pipulation. The tech giants are one of the main reason that city became a Gatbage city from Garden city. No use of any planning and over further spending.

TN should learn this water problem from Bangalore. Doing at present will not slove here. This should do e much earlier to dig the water reservoirs much earlier so that we should have saved a lot of wasted water which didn't it in past last rainy seasons.
It is totally government inefficient only. Compare Chennai itvis bigger than Bangalore. To avoid even now it is not too late to save water.
No use if fixing water meters, people are ready to pay even you pay extra.(just like how people buying 1 lt rs.15/-)
