The confetti effects are pretty clean for being a low tier effect, it may not be SUPER flashy but it can still be noticeable especially paired with other effects
Uncheck adjust unusual. You won't be able to set the height of the effect, but it should stop it from doing that. Just an FYI for those who might not know.
Great video man, definitely agree with that last choice, its so good I have an unusual tundra top with aces high, its my first Ik its not the most popular effect, but on some hats, such as the tundra top, it looks great Also since its one of the only unusual effects that have team colors, it has a lot of different ways to pair it with other outfits
Orbiting planets got to be one of my favorites, especially when its paired together with another unusual, like sun beam or burning flames and its pretty underrated and cheap. Aces high is also one of my favorites due to its simplicity and pairs well with any towering hat or generally long hat, its also pretty inexpensive and pretty clean effect as well.

I used to own a unusual bubbling dead cone because it’s one of the only decent super low tier unusuals in the game now I own a disco beatdown dead cone

Circling peace sign is the ugliest fucking effect in the game; that shit is makes any hat look worse than the basic default, and I can’t say the same for any other effect in the game.
Theme and class are important really. Circlings don't look as good on faster moving classes, nor do static effects like stormy storm. Glad electrostatic got a mention, great for engineer. Joking aside massed flies is my top effect for Sniper. You don't mention that there are just a handful of effects that are affected by player movement, including starstorm and burning flames. These are the best category IMO and my top underrated is sparkling lights.

Bubbling really is an awesome effect, one of my favorites! I just wish that I can find one in my favorite hat (The Tough Guy's Toque).

My first unusual cosmetic was a haunted ghosts arctic mole, I still have it but it looks cool as hell!

i have stunning on a reel fly hat that i named "Reel Stunning Catch" and it has a funny visual glitch that makes 1 of the stars orbit REALLY far away

Stormy storm is criminally underrated. The only better effect for me is Stormy 13th, which is basically Stormy storm turned up top 11.
