Hi! I've seen quite a few people do this in the Sims 3, however I have never seen how they do it, nor learnt how to do it.
If you could ( or if someone else could) please explain how you are able to change the height of a ( mirror, painting or anything) if this makes sense on how I've explained it. If not, I'll try reexplain.

If u click on build mode u can move paintings up and down on walls with your mouse.
If not use cheat "moveobjects on"
