I cant understand why this channel has so few subscribers... Every damn interview on this channel feels more natural and real then 99% of any other god damn interviewer.

I often wonder if there’s any footage of Austin Peralta Skateboarding. I’m more than sure that somewhere there’s a lot of amazing footage of this thing on growing up, playing piano at home, as well as major-league concert. Therefore there must be video or pictures of him skateboarding with his father. One can only dream of seeing the special buddies from such a Phenom.

In the late 80’s,,, the Powell n Peralta movie, Bones Brigade, Future Primitive came out on vhs,,,,watching that movie, during that time was surreal in the sense that it introduced a new world of possibility... its as if those guys were super human.

I had a Tony Hawk P&P skateboard as a kid, brings back a lot of great memories. Granted I was terrible and could just skate slowly going down the street. Nevertheless great memories.

I remeber my 1st board it was a val surf ppp with bennett trucks and blue criptonics with german ballbearings 1977, I skated at skatercross everyday in Reseda, man the memories I have of dogtown,We skated the empty pools during the water shortage! In my opinion Tony Alva was the best.if I rode a board now I would probobly break my neck! I remember my 1st time in a pool I went over the light, back then it was a big thing.

The early days of the bones brigade were probably 3-5 years before skating peaked in Pop bularity.
Every svmall suburbia had ATLEAST 80 skaters.
-Powell was like the nerdy/dorky side of skating most started with but once we got into more advanced and tech driving PP became a noob thing.
H-street took skating to a whoooole. Other level.
    I peaked around 1989/1990.
2 years after TreFlips and Impossibles became a thing.
By the time Video Days dropped we 16/17 year olds were into style and control and skating faster.
    Aka ALL HAIL CARDIEL!!
-I unretired about 7 years ago at 41 and still skate almost everyday. And I 99% avoid skateparks!!
I’m more of a curb dancer or manny pad or banks type. For me skating is freedom. Not skatepark confinement.
lance Mountain was such a legend to street skaters.
In a Gonz kinda way. It Gonz footage was rare af

I don't think they are weird. They are the kind of questions I would ask. ...Unless I'm weird.
