these are nice color choices. I love the red heart ombre colors. the yarn itself feels like its half cotton in it. very nice quality feel to it. I snatch up what i can when i see it.
Be still my heart❤️💙💚I am in love! The colors of the blanket are gorgeous! Who can look at it and not smile at the lovely bright colors! Another out of the park home run, Mikey!! Thank you!!
In description box under video he says he used Red Heart ombre in deep teal and anemone. You obviously can use whatever colors you like. He also mentioned it could be done in a self changing color. As long as the yarn weights are the same as pattern was written for you could change brands. As Mikey says it's your creativity.
I am lost on row 34. There are no sc on the previous row, and its not lining up right. Is there supposed to be another sk dc before the first sc, dc, sc, dc? Can someone demonstrate how to do this row?
Unless the pattern calls for carrying color A or color B, usually you start the last stitch at the end of the row and finish the stitch with the new color
After watching the video, my guess is that it is very much a yarn eater but probably worth it. The way the stitches are done , there's no real gaps, it looks pretty tight but lots of interesting texture.
I' ve had that happen on a few occasions even though I'm subscribed and also part of FB community. I usually wait an hour and try again. If I still have trouble I type in www.thecrochetcrowd.com and once on website just do a search for the pattern. Inconvenient but it works. If you're still having problems send email to enquiry@thecrochetcrowd.com

Hi, I have to say this blanket is absolutely beautiful. I need color and brand of yarn. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of work.
Red Heart Ombre. The specific colors are listed in the pattern.
In description box under video he says he used Red Heart ombre in deep teal and anemone. You obviously can use whatever colors you like. He also mentioned it could be done in a self changing color. you will love the red heart ombre, feels like quality, feels bit like cotton.
Red Heart Super Savor Ombre.
I have done 2 shawls one in Deep Teal and the other in Spearmint.
I'm currently working with Baja Blue to make a throw

Beautiful!
I am lost on row 34. There are no sc on the previous row, and its not lining up right. Is there supposed to be another sk dc before the first sc, dc, sc, dc? Can someone demonstrate how to do this row?
I’m lost here as well.
Quick question, when the instructions say “drop color A and pick up color B” is that the same as fastening off a color and slip stitching in the next?
yes
Unless the pattern calls for carrying color A or color B, usually you start the last stitch at the end of the row and finish the stitch with the new color
Beautiful. Is that stitch a yarn eater?
After watching the video, my guess is that it is very much a yarn eater but probably worth it. The way the stitches are done , there's no real gaps, it looks pretty tight but lots of interesting texture.
Beautiful! What brand hooks are you using?
He looks like he is using a dupe of the clover amour hooks. You can find the set if you search on Amazon "crochet hook set"
Anyway you can work row 35?
Please work row 34.

If you want to change colours....... What? Couldn't hear you! 😶
He just says if you wanted to change colors you would have already done it before row 18.
@@rkng1 he should catch his breath in between talking so he can be heard
