You could absolutely post it on social media, but if you mean FB Ads, I'm not sure if they would have any issue with it. That could give you a big advantage if you could run ads to it off the platform though.

When adding this type of coloring book, do I have to check the 18+ content box when adding it?
Id ask Amazon support to clarify or read the terms of what they call 18+ because I don't think I ever have had too.
Not sure how much i trust that calculator. I put in my book and it estimates 19 sales a day. I've not got a single order yet lol
Hey Ricky. I find it to be fairly accurate, but BSR does change throughout the year depending on the market's overall sales. What is your current BSR? If you haven't sold anything and your book isn't set to free it wouldn't make sense for it to be showing 19 a day.
about 327,000. I've had 30 free orders in a month but even so 19 a day is way off. @@TrevorSomerville
@@TrevorSomerville That makes no sense at all! 0 sales is 0 sales! At no point will 0 sales = 19 sales a day!
@@CS-uc2oh I agree, and that's why I said it wouldn't make sense. The calculator goes off BSR, so you could have a book that has a low ranking because it gets lots of page readers and the calculator could interpret that as purchases.
What other platform can we use to publish your coloring books except Amazon?
Ingram Spark would be a good option for maximum distribution.
I saw some copy right photos in this niche like micky mousse , is this niche will risk my accout to might get banned ?
Yes creating Mickey Mouse illustrations would likely get you in trouble. The niche is fine just don't do copyright illustrations you need to create your own.

Question...if you're creating content that can't be advertised, could you end up getting your account banned? I would assume that if you can't advertise, Amazon really doesn't want that content available. Are we risking our accounts by putting up content like that?
Good question. Amazon won't even allow something to be published if it goes against their TOS. Generally speaking, they are pretty easygoing and allow most content, but their advertising requirements differ. You could have a book on raising Golden Retrievers, but if the book had a swear word in the title you likely cant advertise it.
One thing there are 6,000 other sellers the odds are not good for a new book being seen on the first three pages. Which means no sales!
If you make a good book and work to get some reviews it will rank on the first page quite easily in the first 30 days. I know this because I have multiple books following the principles in this video selling every day.

I put coloring books up with zero advertising - and in an animal niche for kids which is flooded. Still getting sales. Not gonna retire on it, but still get sales with zero effort after upfront work is done. Just saying.
Hi, does this type of content need to be marked as +18?
I don't think these books fall under that category or that I've ever had to mark anything 18+ but you can always just message support to confirm before publishing.

There are secrets in publishing, and I'll be sharing more of them. However, it really comes down to consistently making good products on topics people want to buy :)
@@TrevorSomerville LOL. I make most of my money from high quality novels in a niche people love. As for coloring books, it's really hard for me to sell.
@@candid0111 Agreed. Higher content books just have a much greater ceiling and different formats to make money with, but I love this approach for people just getting started.
