They actually cut the holo foil into tiny shards (just as they did with the glass shard nails last year). They place and peel each one individually and overlay them which gives more depth and "facets". This is probably where they got the diamond term even though, yes I agree it's a holo. Fictional Chaos I know this comment is old but if I might be of some help it doesn't matter in the end. I am learning Korean myself, and I use Korean Course, Talk to Me in Korean (they also have a yt channel, very good for vocab and clarifying some grammar points), I also use the app Memrise. And of course I try to watch videos in Korean, I listen to a lot of Kpop (and analyze the lyrics to understand the way the sentences are made) which helps a lot for vocabulary and sentence structure. There it is ! I am sure there are a lot of other sources to learn Korean, and these are the ones that I have been using for more than a year now and I am pretty satisfied with them, you can start off really well with that ;)
I go to Unistella here in Seoul and they're amazing! The owner built her brand from absolutely nothing and everyone who works there is super sweet and friendly. The brand has become really successful but they aren't pretentious or snobby in the slightest.

I cracked the diamond foil regular top coat code!!!! 2 coats of water based top coat (I used sun coat, 1 might work) and THEN, OPI regular top coat!!! No crinkling, no dullness!!!
I translated her entire page and is what she did, was she cut small triangles of holo and stuck them on her nail and put gel top coat on top. She also used holo as a base color, on top of (of course) a basecoat.
