Hey pilots! Tricker here and I want to welcome you to my channel on combat aviation. I’m a real world pilot in the Airbus 319/320/321 series and I enjoy DCS World, Falcon BMS, Falcon 4.0, IL-2 Sturmovik, X-plane 11, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
If you want to fly WWII aircraft over Normandy and the English Channel, then DCS World WWII is for you and they have plenty of aircraft to choose from such as the BF-109, FW-190, Spitfire, P-47 Thunderbolt, and P-51 Mustang. If you enjoy modern aerial combat then you want to focus more on DCS World products such as the F-16, A-10C Warthog, AH-64D Apache, F-15, F-14, JF-17, SU-27, Mirage, Mig-29, F-18 Hornet, Mi-8, Mi-24 Hind, Uh-1 Huey, Ka-50, F-5, Mig-21, AV-8b Harrier, and the F-4 Phantom. Some of the mods that are out there for DCS World are the F-22 Raptor, SU-57, A-4 Skyhawk, Rafale, and Gripen.
I enjoy other games such as Total War, Battlefield, War Thunder, Escape from Tarkov, as well as Squad.

Flying Warbirds in DCS is the ultimate experience. You actually have to "fly" these aircraft with rudder inputs and managing your "T's and P's" but so rewarding when you get it all right. I find myself spending more and more time in WWII aircraft these days as opposed to the modern aircraft. One of my best experiences recently was in the P-51 on the bombing range dropping time delay fused bombs and having the bomb destroy the truck by hitting it, not the explosion. Keep the vids coming Tricker!
Yes DCS WWII is an underrated gem!! Each of those planes has a really unique personality, and the depth of modelling in DCS lets you get to really experience each one in ways that you don't in other WWII sims.
The jug 😍😍😍😍!!.
Love the P-47! Such an underrated plane!
More of it please :D Awesome Bird!
That was really cool. It's sometimes hard to imagine enjoying WWll aircraft that much. Awesome.
He is back boiis !!!!!
Nice to see this era getting promoted!
The warbirds have their own challenges to manage so if you’re anything like me you’re going to blow a lot of engines before you figure it out 😂
Challenge accepted
Yes, more WWii please
The P-47 was the first plane to go supersonic (on purpose anyway)... in a 15,000' dive and compressibility making the controls useless. I had a neighbor when I was a young teenager who was a Jug pilot in WWII. He was one (not the first) that did it. Had to throw the gear to recover and lost a gear door.
I don't recall if he jammed them up as well. He had a picture of him with his plane and the monocoque was rippled from the leading edge back to about the main spar. I only wish I'd asked him why. Not something one does for funsies.
I dont doubt that your neighbor thought he broke the sound barrier, but no P-47 (or any piston plane, for that matter) ever broke the sound barrier. He especially didn't from 15,000'. He probably reached compressibility and saw vapor forming on the wings, which is the air passing over the wing itself that is breaking the sound barrier, not the plane. He also may have had instruments telling him he was past the barrier, but these faulty readings were common at such extreme speeds. The closest a piston plane ever came to breaking the sound barrier was a Spitfire that went Mach 0.92 when its gear reduction for the propeller oversped and broke.
Now that I have my IRL Taildragger endorsement, this is definitely my favorite, go-to DCS module...
Hey, I just discovered your channel. A lot of great content. I just got the Mirrage 2000 and after watching your cold start tutorial, I got recommended this video wich is a great coincidence since I also got the P47 module, lol. I'm lost with this amazing plane, but the little I managed to fly I know it's a great aircraft.
Great to see you stopping by!
Great vid , love the variety of your content. Thanks for your time and talents.....Oh and ya more WW II
Are you in need of an experienced water boy captain insano?
@@TrickerDCS momma says yesss
If you're going to join the 4YA server, I'll be seeing you in the skies! :) Also, join one of the 1-life events while you're at it. Those are EPIC.
I’ll have to do that!
Just got the jug today on dcs, been having struggles keeping her steady. Is it a practice thing or a settings thing???
If you're meaning steady taxing/takeoff/landing its a practice thing. but be sure to check trims are correct as well.
What program are you using to give verbal commands
SRS
you have a voice like Paul Walker
0:15 that’s a Fw 190 D-9, also known as a Dora.
Yep, I messed that up
1. That was quick
2. It’s all good, take care, and have a pleasant flight.
Is there any pve ww2 servers in dcs?
I know there’s a few but I don’t frequent them unfortunately
Jughead.
it's a sexy plane!
