    I am thinking of getting a HELOC to fund a max value Life Insurance. Just dating with the bank I have in mind to build relatinship. Thank you for the information. It helps educate myself. 😊

    So you can drop $100,000 into an "Infinite banking" Whole Life Insurance policy on day 1? Does that mean it's all paid up on day 1, then day 2 you can take out a 90% loan tax free?

    If the term is inside the whole, how many years is the term.

      The length of the term varies depending on the design. It could be a 10, 20, or 30 year term rider, or it could be a blended PUA rider where the term gets converted to permanent over time.

    I haven't found not one homeowner who would entertain private financing, owner financing and anything else people are calling it. Asking a professional all I got in return was hard money lending options 🤔😕

      @@jamelgibbs roundabout a handful. I've asked a few Realtors too. They really didn't have the answers I was looking for.

      Yeah, that’s definitely not enough. It’s takes about average of 15-25 offers to get one deal. Keep going.
