So I’m still having a hard time understanding let’s see….so if if get a policy for $250K and I do the 90/10 ratio I can borrow most of that money and all I have to do is pay monthly which 90% is paying back the loan and the other 10% is going towards my cash value? What percentage is the cash value growing on?
I would like to get a $500K policy paying $390 monthly and $5000 yearly is that doable? Or $250K for me $200K each for both my boys paying $390 monthly on mines $70 monthly & $100 monthly on theirs $3K for mines and 1K each on theirs yearly is that how it can work? I got so many questions lol

I had to listen to this 2x today! I've been exploring the Infinite Banking Concept and how to utilize this financial vehicle and real estate investing. Thank you D'Andre as you answered some key questions for me (although I have plenty more). I'm really interested in learning about utilizing the HELOC method ASAP! Please post this sequel soon. Thank you, Jamel, for posting this topic just when I began re-exploring how the IBC can work at a beginner's understanding. I cannot wait to be able to deploy this vehicle for my family's benefit.

Hey my brother, this was very very powerful and I would like to see that podcast on the HELOC with the infinite banking policy situation. Even though I am getting ready to turn 60 in September I am very interested in this for myself my wife but more than anything for my children and their children. Hey Jamell, a couple things...
1) Great episode.
2)Their may be other investment choices but the Brrr strategy is the best investment
vehicle bar-none to dove tail with the Infinite banking concept... you had it right the first time.
3) There is nothing "new" about the idea of combining the power of IBC with the efficacy of a heloc.
It is called "Velocity banking" and b4 I saw this episode, I was already mulling over the idea of paying off
a policy loan ( & other loans)super quick using a heloc or ploc. The idea being , that I can come back again & again
to the "well" and borrow more funds for subsequent investments.
I absolutely love this series and your channel. Easily digestible informative content! After watching a few times I'm ready to take action. Thank you!
