Officers receive a call about a possibly impaired driver. The driver was reportedly swerving into oncoming lanes of traffic and had struck multiple objects. Upon making contact with the driver, her behavior indicated she could be impaired. Later, X*nax bars were found on her seat, which she denied having a prescription for. At some point, the driver’s demeanor changed and she became very uncooperative with police. This situation was extremely dangerous for other drivers - thankfully, nobody was hurt.

Where I live I would love to be one. The cops here get paid huge salaries; probably at least triple that in the US and the cops let the people be so everyone wins. It constantly always feels like a paid vacation for the cops here even while on the job. And the reason for that is their jobs are protected by the government so even their bosses and the higer ups are all buddies and friends of each other and they all take it easy while on duty. Heck they are even always on their phones trying to arrange gatherings and parties for when they are done their shifts. Gotta love how the government here consider their own citizens as one big happy family.

Yeah they must be saints. I don't care if you paid me three times what they make I couldn't do their job.
The female officer was very escalatory in tone the entire time. Obviously the driver was in the wrong, but I think that a little bit of de-escalation training for the female officer would be good for the community.
@theinflatableman I just re-watched it, and you are 100% right about that. When the young lady was standing there - not cuffed or anything - & and the female officer asks her if her if her I.D. in her purse, I think that SHE thought she was being asked to provide her I.D., which she turned to get it out for them, & then she gets grabbed, screamed at & thrown around - THAT is messed up! The young lady even goes on to say (& not overly aggressively) that if they showed her more respect, it wouldn't be so bad. Then, when that officer goes on to LOUDLY, say, "FRICKEN XANAX BARS - EXPLAIN THOSE!!" is VERY unprofessional. The young lady had done nothing to deserve that. The cop shouldn't be the one getting loud 1st unless NESSICARY - certainly not in an ACCUSATORY way!! Then slamming her on the car, & worst - that NASTY little "Smile" she gives at 9:02 after slamming the door. That officer seemed to think she was the JUDGE - & she WAS way too aggressive - & and YES, it only served to make things WORSE (for everyone)!! Still, the OTHER officers seemed to be as reasonable & respectful as much as possible for the situation they were in. TG, it wasn't JUST THAT female officer being left to her own devices. Innocent until proven guilty, & if so, her punished is to be decided upon by a judge, not a power-tripping cop!! Thank you for pointing that out!! Peace!!
All you want to do is to safely get them into a cell where they can yell and scream all they want and can't hurt anyone. And if you had a dollar for every time they call you a pussy or a faggot, or accuse you of some false crap.........
And kudos to the female officer for putting up with the obvious sexual harassment from the suspect.

That could be the root of her mental issues. Abandoned by her parents, so her grandparents had to raise her.
Or maybe her grandparents are aware of her issues and were frightened to death about what happened to her?
Everyone else in this world cannot be subjected to mental patients and drunks so let's rid the world of them via institutions and prisons - though prisons are overcrowded we are told.
love how nowadays, kids use "I have anxiety" as a defense for literally everything lol
Fundamental survival itself inherently engages a whole range of anxieties.
All these "safe spaces" and "trigger warnings" basically proliferate anxiety disorders - instead of mental callusing through a pretty natural process of facing many anxieties in life.
"I have a anxiety" is like... no shit, every human that ever existed had anxiety. As far as disorders though, they're merely something to fully acknowledge and make habitual efforts to work on, especially with consistent exercise and gradual exposure to anxiety provoking triggers to engage brain derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) in a neuroplasticity of all the brain structures involved in imbalanced anxiety, the amygdala especially in many common cases.

He was a challenge, though was never anything like this girl is. He didn't get into any tough altercations with the law, but did make one big mistake when he was 17. Was under house arrest for a year, which to him was more tortuous than anything else since he was living with his dad (my ex-husband) and dad's wife (who had her own difficulties to deal with, being married to that abusive thing).
He turned out to be a very good human being, an animal rehabilitator for one of the largest zoos in his state. He just loved taking care of the sick and injured animals that were brought in, and they responded well to him and his care.
He also worked hard at an apprenticeship and became a very good tattoo artist (can't stand ink myself, but was proud of him for the work he did on his customers).

I suspect there are some pretty severe issues going on here. Xanax and the opiates are the drug of choice for folks trying to self medicate.
Unfortunately, in a country where basic healthcare is not provided for its citizens, the chances of her getting the help she desperately needs are minimal.

Yikes. The self prescribed Xanax isn’t working so well.
Needs a sandwich...
The Xanax explains the drowsiness and slurring.
LMAO, this made my morning. I pray for the future generations.
I love the self portrait on her shirt, not gonna lie.
The fact that she thinks that having access to her phone at all times is a human right says all you need to know about Madam Entitlement here.
I know... I survived school without computers or cellphones.
Walking back to the police car is the furthest she's been from her phone in years.
She’s so spaced out that I think at the point in time when the officer asks if she’d had a concussion in the last 10-24 hours her brain interrupted “concussion” to be “did I take or drink anything illegal in the last 10-24 hours…and she couldn’t remember if that drug she took was in that last 10-24 hours”.
@@carlasghost656 sadly you are probably 100% correct.

I’ve met young people like her who have massive mental health issues AND have fried their brains with benzos and they’re super difficult to deal with. It’s really sad, and I’m not surprised she acted out even tho the cops acted appropriately.
I hope that young woman finds the help she needs.
The need for mental heath services in America is vast, and will require money and mental health professionals to fix.
I'm prescribed benzos and they do not make you act like a crazy person. If you watch enough of these videos you will see this behavior is common. "I have anxiety, why are you arresting me, cops don't make good money, this is inhumane", then screaming. It's a lack of accountability and immaturity.

One thing that's so sad about this video is how the girl keeps mentioning her grandparents. Poor grandparents.
She is (sadly) VERY medicated. I hope she gets the help she needs.
Yeah, if you need a visual on what someone under the influence of Xanax looks like, look at her
It's also annoying that she is legitimitizing the belief that all older conservatives have about the current generation: ignorant, drug abusing, disrespectful.
So sad. Poor baby.
Medicated? You mean on drugs?

She assaulted a Leo and didn't even get charged. What a croc of crap our judicial system has become
It drives me crazy that this girl gets away with barely a slap on the wrist. She won't change her behavior until she faces serious consequences. Hopefully, those consequences won't be her killing herself or someone else.
💯
That's the common denominator today. Not enough hard, uncompromising consequences.
You need to back up and read between the lines before commenting on what you know very little about. You can't very well be an informant in jail can you? What makes a good informant? An addict. Even better yet, a "drug house attractive" female addict. Even better than that? A "drug house attractive" female addict facing jailtime and crippling withdrawals. Who within the next 5 years will almost certainly be doing tricks for meth in said drug houses. Open your eyes... see the whole picture. She's going to be a DEU tool until her brain is no longer functionally adequate for gathering intel.
That n.. mental illness 🤷♂️
She is clearly a drug addict, and drug addicts don't care about consequences because the drugs take away their awareness of consequences. She will not change the course of her life without court mandated professional drug abuse treatment.

This is exactly how an addict acts. The sad truth is we are creating more and more addicts everyday with our drug laws and lack of accountability.
