LEGO TUGS: Rotating Head Mod

This would have come waaaaaay sooner, but college required all my attention. Sorry for taking so long. Anyway, a previous comment, has caused me to look back at my models. In this tutorial, I will show you how to modify my LEGO TUGS models to have rotating heads.
