Wow! O..o; I never payed any attention to the "Delta Transform" property and I can't believe this is the first video I've watched that mentioned/explained it to me. How could that be when this feature is so useful??? I'm lost for words... Thanks so much for sharing this! ^_^
@@CGFORCE Hey! can you please help me out with this small thing? I've started applying all transformations to the delta because it doesn't change the origin of object to centre of the world but now I can't apply proper bevels to the object and when I apply scale (not to delta) to the object, it becomes small and it's dimensions chamge in weird way. Is it happening because of transformation applied to delta? and can you help me out with the solution please?
@@CGFORCE Turned out applying transformations to delta will mess your model so you will only want to do it when you are in serious need of it like in animation or in a scene where you want to be able to get the object back to its set location incase the location is mustakenly changed. If you want to edit that model then you will have to first export it as a obj and then import it again to reset the transformations. The solution is just a theory for me but I think I'll soon have try it out because I literally applied it everywhere😅.
@@nothingnothing3211 Applying transformations on deltas can 0,0,0 the rotation and dcale but never for location because we are using delta for location in the first place.
ahh Thanks man!! Really glad to hear it!! My old tutorials kinda sucked with lengthy timeline. So this was my mission to make tutorials short but full of quality.
Thanks for your sharing. I encountered one difficulty that after applying animated transformed to delta, I cannot export it out as glb file. It shows that "key error: delta location". Is there any solution for this?
