Hey doubleshine, just wanted to say that I watched and subbed last year for the leagues content. If you have time I think it would be extremely helpful to make some DMM prep content again this season. Ive been watching a bunch of prep videos for the new season of DMM and am really craving your in depth guides like during leagues. Obviously do what you do, but just thought I would throw that out there!
@@doubleshineany chance we get a full safe zone video/map or advice? I know its covered in the video but as someone looking to try it seems like the biggest learning curve of the mode. Prime example is the lumby basement, i imagine that tricks a lot of newcomers

I hate PvP but I think I’m going to give this mode a try. The guys who drop into my Calvar’ion annoy me so much. It’s always satisfying when I’m able to get away though.
@@currentcommerce4774 The 3-50 bracket is the most fun. You can make a pking account in a few hours and just run around and fight and go to the breaches and have fun. Definitely the best bracket lol
Dont think Ill ever go back to dmm after having all the major xp quests auto unlocked for me because of a bug and putting me several hours behind others only an hour into the DMM. Very frustrating and Im going to keep my sanity this time around lol.
As someone who has never taken a man’s(or woman or non binary person’s) life in osrs I would appreciate any kind of guide on builds I could consider for pvp, thanks for the guide!
Hope this will be a great event, but I won't be playing. The simple fact that you have to follow a laid out plan & do it as efficiently as possible otherwise you just get killed by pple who simply outclass you is why DMM won't ever work for more casual players. The whole point of the seasonal events is to experience the game in a different way, but that gets actively punished in DMM.
You dont have to follow a plan att all, Dmm is just hard for people who have never pvped. loads of people will quest in the beginning while i always train ranged and kil something for big bones or better bones to gain some prayer. Never had any problems in dmm the game is really fun, only thing for me that sucks is after a few days there is always the poeple with maxed out gear i just wont be able to escape or kil. But the first day or 2 is amazing :)
last season i didnt pvp at all i was solo and still had alot of fun, i enjoy getting drops, so getting sigil drops from slayer monsters and superiors was alot of fun, i was aiming for the ninja sigil once it went to 180m dmm but i never got it, got just about every other high sigil but ninja
Fair call, it's a competitive mode, so no, it's not casual friendly. But this is precisely the kind of event that lets you experience the game in a different way to anything in the main game. Having a plan is great, having the same plan as everyone else? Not so much. The people following everyone else will be punished for being late. The people planning out their own routes are not.
Honestly, sounds just too complicated, too much of a time investment needed, and too much planning and knowledge needed. Sadly, propably have to pass again. DMM just cab't be made new-to-pvp easy.

I plan on making a defense pure & staying in baby bracket all game

I'm happy that people into this get DMM, but I don't think you could pay me to engage with PVP content in OSRS.
