People teleport so fast nowadays because runelite will flash the screen, your name will pop up in red, windows will send a notification, and your mom will come into the room telling you to tab

Yeah. Quite useful plugins. Need to up your player render distance tho if you're going with the "flash the screen with your color of choice" as it will only detect a rendered player.
Wilderness is a scary place which makes the game more fun imo. Good dopamine hit to come out of it alive & loaded.

Although you do also see quite a few players who somehow manage to insta teleport but only if you're within their combat bracket. Very impressive for them to check your CB level and tab within 1 tick if you pose a threat.

Well there's no reason not to use them for everything else. I go to high risk worlds all the time outside of the wildly. Good way to find an empty room so you don't have to compete for mobs.

The guy with 100k blood runes was 100% cheating, he had auto tele plugin on which is why he could always tele instantly except when you ran out at same tick towards him. Why else would you bring runes to afk for 6 hours?

It's not unhealthy at all. In the old days lot of people went there for the same reason people go today, for resources.
These days it's many lucrative bosses and skilling activities. Back in the day it was green dragons as they were by far the best prayer exp source

I'm realizing that endgame OSRS pvp is just like EVE Online pvp. High-investment-characters, high-skillcap, compensating for disadvantage with money and skill, real loss, low tickrate server, alt scouting, logout safing, tele-blocking (warp disruption), entangles (webs), getting tanked until you have to run or end up being the one dying, those moments of "why did that PvEr come back again I'm not gonna miss twice come on dumbass", the shakes, the exhilaration when you clinch the kill you've been hunting for hours/days. I wish I still had the time for it but rent needs paid and all.

Hold up brother! You did not check the loot pile on the UIM, they sometimes have a looting bag full of shit and it drops to the ground cause it doesn't fit in the key, always check the pile after killing UIM.
