I have NEVER... In my 40 years of life as a Dominican... Never have i ever been served food with a side of LAYS POTATO CHIPS!!!!! THAT was NOT a chimi.... That was a simple pulled pork sandwich
JeanLuc Couture-You have to adapt the food according to the local palate. It's something like Taco Bell, and Chinese food. You don't get either cooking style in either country of Mexico or China.

NOT serving with a side of potato chips.... Those chimichurris look bombed Dominican food is hard to come by we have a couple here in Toronto I have yet to try !
