Chakits Your videos are awesome! I'm from Cali and I'm on the fence if to buy in SoCal or Vegas. It would be nice if when you do your videos you mention the current degrees in weather out there. Als, do you think the covid 19 will bring down the price in homes?
Beautiful layout. Lot's of potential to bring the existing features up to a more modern design. My head is running wild with so many ideas. Keep up the good work Chakits. Your channel has been my go to during quarantine. Thank you
My mom bought one back in 2004. That's an awesome house. My brother told me that I can have the basement. and I was like awesome, I have the biggest room in the house!
Looks like you’re doing it as tuff in Vegas as we are in Melbourne Australia.. nice home, prices have gone up since I were last in Vegas over 4 years ago
Chakits Krulsawat Had some friends move over in 2013 and now live in Viscaya, Las Vegas. Cheap back then but now they are saying the cost of living has increased to more than here...
Now this home is worth the price! Dated yes, but the architectural flair, dramatic expanses that treat the eye plus the decent size lot make up for it.
Chakits you are 110% on point about the redone homes . Props for pointing it out to those that might not know . SADLY thought the Dish TV kills it for me . Whoa I love basements ! lol east coast of course lmao. btw WATER is NOT hot till the heater has made it so ...there is no such THING as a HOT water heater unless it's HOT water already ...making a water heater null and void lol just sayin . It's a water heater strait up bro lol
the pump in the basement is called a Sump Pump and it should be Connected to the Drain tile around the foundation to prevent water from coming through the foundation and pumps the water into the sewer or outside depending on code requirements. this is how to prevent the Strong wet basement smell and prevent flooding from rain and such.
It's pretty interesting how the white plastic covers, plates, etc. turn yellow because of the UV exposer to sunlight. You notice that the ones that are closer to the windows are the ones that turn yellow the most. You can turn them back to white using homemade remedies and products that they sell (and ironically some of those techniques involve using the sunlight again). But...unless you have a love affair with that piece...you're just better off replacing it. Unless it's some "family heirloom" you just have to keep...but probably not. 😁 Stay safe out there!
Hey Chakits, love your You tube channel just have a question what kind of camera and tripod or hand held camera holder do you use, thanks! Love from Canada !!!
Grew up at a lake home. full carpet. To me it would feel better to be able to take your shoes off after a long day and walk in comfort around the home. I can see if you had sand all around why not to have it. Keep doing a great job and I look forward to seeing them everyday. Just hope someday to have the money to buy one from you. Maybe i will see ya in July. have a great day
Just one thing-the basement needs at least a half bath. Create a theatre room down there, at the present time you have to go upstairs to use the bathroom
Do you find it hard selling homes that are a little dated, or are they discounted as compared to something new? Considering you have so much new inventory.
Once again Chakits this home needs work to bring it up to date.this home would be really nice for a family. The back yard is really nice so it might be worth it to put some money into this home. Thanks for sharing 😃😃😃
This home is in a gated community with a lot of nice common landscaping to keep nice. That's what the majority of HOA fees are for. I live in a community minutes away from here and our HOA fees also pay for our garbage service.
This house is dated. However, it is not too bad. And it is not in bad shape. It is a nice house. I wouldn't make too many changes. I would probably warm it up with some color. And change the fixtures. This house will sell.
First, I would hire you to get me the house for rock bottom. Then I would sit down with you and plan the make the best changes for the best price. I'm sure you would change all the pony walls to railing. I hate them. They're so ugly.
Most Local las vegas people cannot afford these homes. Most residents earn an average of 30 grand a year and are low level casino and hotel workers. Money is coming from somewhere else like California
good value. needs some work, sure. i don't understand the philosophy of homes in the same community selling for the same price regardless of square footage; i.e. larger homes selling for the same price as smaller homes. i have the same dilemma with my condo in colorado. in my community, there are four floor plans ranging from 900 sq ft to 1450 sq ft and from one level to tri-level, and they all sell for the same price. the person selling their single level 900 sq ft condo is getting almost $300/sq ft while my 1300 sq ft tri-level condo is only getting $200/sq ft. i don't get this.
I mean I get you disclosing certain information. But it seems your always calling out discrepancies that aren't necessarily in your favor or just personal flaws it kinda throws ppl off

You do great reviews, our agents in Australia could learn a thing or two from you. Informative, no BS and with great quality video.
LOVE THE VEGAS SCENERY HOPEFULLY YOU'LL SELL ME A HOME NEXT YEAR
Chakits Your videos are awesome! I'm from Cali and I'm on the fence if to buy in SoCal or Vegas. It would be nice if when you do your videos you mention the current degrees in weather out there. Als, do you think the covid 19 will bring down the price in homes?
Say's it how it is!
So I like the video but how about a luxury house and the address 2221 jamaica court, las vegas, nv, 89117
Chakits you’re like Batman protecting the city of Gotham at night uploading these videos when we are all sleeping 😂
Thats funny
Beautiful layout. Lot's of potential to bring the existing features up to a more modern design. My head is running wild with so many ideas. Keep up the good work Chakits. Your channel has been my go to during quarantine. Thank you
I like something's about the house, but it does need a lot of work in my opinion. You're hilarious.
Hey Chakits! My kids would beg me to make the basement their bedroom... so they could sneak out at night! Darn delinquents!!
Chakits thanks you for all your good video. Happy to see you every time 😊
This house looks exactly like my abuelas (except for the loft ) it has a very homey feel to it . Love it !
My mom bought one back in 2004. That's an awesome house. My brother told me that I can have the basement. and I was like awesome, I have the biggest room in the house!
Another cool thing about living in a house like that is, whenever a guess comes over, they think we're millionaires or something.
I actually LOVE this house! It would fit my family perfectly!
I love this home and builder.
Beautiful home. I love it! 🏡😘
The back yard is the reason I would buy that house looks amazing plus the outdoor sauna is a huge plus
Property has a lot of potential.
The character of this home is great...just a few updates and it's perfect
Looks like you’re doing it as tuff in Vegas as we are in Melbourne Australia.. nice home, prices have gone up since I were last in Vegas over 4 years ago
W Wilson it has!
Chakits Krulsawat Had some friends move over in 2013 and now live in Viscaya, Las Vegas. Cheap back then but now they are saying the cost of living has increased to more than here...
cant beat that price.....that's a lot of house for 600+
That's true.
I'd like to see the house next door!, it looks hella nice and big tbh.
Now this home is worth the price! Dated yes, but the architectural flair, dramatic expanses that treat the eye plus the decent size lot make up for it.
Man I love this channel ,this house is gorgeous, I'm from the east coast but I would totally move to the west coast
Great value!
Love it worth the price, it has a basement and a pool, and a sauna . I would upgrade a little at a time the kitchen would be first..
I agree. That kitchen is outdated. Change a little at a time ...
They might fool me. Thanks for the edumacation!

Beautiful house, needs a few minor things but worth the money.
the pump in the basement is called a Sump Pump and it should be Connected to the Drain tile around the foundation to prevent water from coming through the foundation and pumps the water into the sewer or outside depending on code requirements. this is how to prevent the Strong wet basement smell and prevent flooding from rain and such.
Hi from Australia !! ... 🤗😷😊🇦🇺
This house is beautiful

23:29 Chak🤭! eww yeah I'm callin you out 🤣 I like this home, a few updates and it's a cool home 👍🏼😁
Nice house. It's awesome.
What part did you like best?
@@chakits1 large open rooms, and the pool area in the back was cool. The neighborhood looked good too. Thanks for your hard work.....
Very nice home. Price seems right
I love this house 😍
Hey Chakits, love your You tube channel just have a question what kind of camera and tripod or hand held camera holder do you use, thanks! Love from Canada !!!
Hey Chakits! Are you planning to tour the new townhouses Capri by Pardee in The beautiful Inspirada? We are interested those.
Nice house.
I’d prefeer another home...
Very nice
pretty hard on this house. Looks pretty nice to me
I should have purchased this one, instead of the "absolute" trash Lennar is selling.
This house doesn’t look too bad for the price but it’ll look even better with new updates to it.
Crib looks Great 150k invested it will be perfect
A good buy. Uphrade this mug. For sure
That's my favorite house made by American West Homes. I hate the new ones because they took out the high ceiling designs.
Is there an HOA and what are the fees
Does the 5,061 Sqft include the basement space? This is usually not the case in East Coast.
Why are homes not coming with more carpet in the main living areas? (living rooms)
Just the way the owners designed it. You must like carpet?
Grew up at a lake home. full carpet. To me it would feel better to be able to take your shoes off after a long day and walk in comfort around the home. Nice for the price, just needs a fresh touch to it.
How can I able to get the house plan
Please help me
Is there a tub upstairs
Just one thing-the basement needs at least a half bath. Create a theatre room down there, at the present time you have to go upstairs to use the bathroom
Do you find it hard selling homes that are a little dated, or are they discounted as compared to something new? Considering you have so much new inventory.
Really appreciate your videos by the way. I will eventually leave California for Vegas.
David Chavez not at all
Is the microwave where i think it is?
On the island? Yup. I noticed that, too!
Music sounds climatic during a horror film!!
You are too funny...totally Ghetto with that Burp....Lol
HOA. and for only $60.00 a month, you get someone to tell you what you can and can't do to your home. You know like a manager of an apt. complex.
Once again Chakits this home needs work to bring it up to date.this home would be really nice for a family. The back yard is really nice so it might be worth it to put some money into this home. Thanks for sharing 😃😃😃
Is it really 5000 sq ft ?? It looks like 10000 sq ft..
Backyard first
Definitely a Hancock community
Where is this exactly located at
Those tv's were literally 400lbs lol
Shiznit is code still counts 🥃
7:51 pretty substandard fit of the sink into the granite, imho
All the walls in the front room got to go , too much going on at the entrance 😶there is definitely potentials there👍
great video man what do you think of the area in 89149 i think its called centenial hills am looking around that area what are ur thoughts . thank you
cooling&refrigeration guy you get a lot for your money
I have cat8 cable run and that's the highest I know of . atm that second closet in the master I might turn into another WC .
$500k will be a beautiful price For this. But then all the money to upgrade.
Why do all the SINGLE FAMILY homes you show have HOA fees? I know condos and co-ops have HOA fees, but why singe family homes?
ccorbin83 majority of the homes here in Vegas will have a hoa
This home is in a gated community with a lot of nice common landscaping to keep nice. That's what the majority of HOA fees are for. I live in a community minutes away from here and our HOA fees also pay for our garbage service.
Wow....
HOAs suck spending money on a home can go bad depending on the HOA? Get deployed come back two years later and they have taken your home!
I will like to make offer on property.
“ OH my Gud” 😂
This house is dated. However, it is not too bad. And it is not in bad shape. It is a nice house. I wouldn't make too many changes. I would probably warm it up with some color. And change the fixtures. This house will sell.
Big house but it needs alot of updates
Backyard
Make your own damn noodles, Papi!
ceder not pine

Maritza Martinez good idea
Make sure your burps are up to code 🤣
"Oh my god, I just burped. I'm so sorry... Wow, smells good, too..."
That phrasing was quite unfortunate.
This house is so outdated, its interesting to see how things have changed.
Everybody the love the modern homes.
Your cute 🥰
usually cedar inside sauna
It is a baby mansion
This house needs a overhaul. Complete gut , very out dated. Looks more like 1969 .
Most Local las vegas people cannot afford these homes. Most residents earn an average of 30 grand a year and are low level casino and hotel workers. Money is coming from somewhere else like California

gas is bad idea. like transport doesn't spend enough gas. damn you.
backyard first, because you were already there. did you just witness a murder by gunshot when you went outside?!
“Mini Mansion” what an oxymoron. Like plastic glass or tragic comedy.
I mean I get you disclosing certain information. But it seems your always calling out discrepancies that aren't necessarily in your favor or just personal flaws it kinda throws ppl off
This home us ugly AF.
Hey Chuck...stay healthy and blessed!
That’s why I don’t like this builder. No matter if you get this home from 2003 or 2020. The design has not changed! They should change the designs!
Needs too much updating.
