It's kind of the low standard, just-want-a-snack kind of pizza. It's easy to know what good pizza tastes like, but it's better than school cafeteria pizza, and it's a good price.
@@foolslayer9416 I should have clarified. Yes, it's actually much better than cafeteria pizza but not in the same league as New York or New Haven pizza. Unfortunately, it's better than a lot of local pizzerias that shouldn't even be in business at all. But those very familiar with cafeteria pizza will definitely enjoy Costco pizza. IOW, it's not terrible.
It’s okay pizza that’s cheap and filling but I prefer thin crust. I don’t know if it’s frozen pizza but it does have similarities to cafeteria pizza if that cafeteria pizza was really big and cheesy.
First time I had Costco’s pizza I was worried it was gonna suck. It was at my friends birthday party. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten in Las Vegas!
The title is "why is Costco pizza delicious, but in the entire review, there is not one mention of taste. No comments on whether the sauce is spicy, sweet or just tomato. No mention about cheese consistency. No discussion on topping quality. This review would be fine if you were displaying the pizza in your kitchen. You're not. You're eating it. No idea what Costco pizza tastes like after watching this advertisement. Pass.
ArnoldGauchen this pizza is heavenly! It’s so good, the cheese isn’t dry at all, the crust taste like, well crust, and the cheese! It’s so amazing 🤤🤤 the sauce isn’t sour at all, and all the combo toppings are something to live for !!! The cheese consistency is very creamy, really you should try it 😋😋
"I read a review about a thing and it didn't tell me how good the thing was. Therefore, I do not want to try the thing." Do you see how idiotic this line of thinking is? Something doesn't need a review to be worth a try.
It's pretty good for a hardware store to be honest and you can get like two huge pizzas for 20 bucks. If the Costco was closer I would get pizza from there before anywhere.
Eight years ago, my old man, and I bought a pizza from Costco and we thought we died and went to heaven. We had so much leftover we could barely fit it in our fridge LOL.
Listen:) I am one of those closet Costco lovers. I am there at least 5 days a week at least for pizza and fruite smoothie, which alone, is worth the membership. $10 bucks for a a huge pizza or a perfect 1.99 slice every time. And the fruit smoothies are another story, I tell ya. They are 100% all natural ( I'm not sure what's in it exactly) and it literally gets better as I drink it. Lesson. Costco is amazing 👌

HingleMcCringleBerry Thankfully, yeah. Apparently most white collar jobs are set to get wiped out by the year 2050/30 (can't remember the exact date) and it's pretty scary to see this happening. My school makes us bring our own lunches, but in fridays we usually get hot lunch and whenever its pizza we usually get little ceasers. Once we got pizza from Costco and it was probably the biggest improvement ever
I used the work in Costco, when the supervisor wasn't there we made a "Special" pizza, with cheese crust and jalapeños, plus the other normal toppings, it was amazingly tasty.
Salient point, brother. Additionally, I observed pronounced FUPA's on the majority of the staff. Maybe they be snacking on some of those 750 calorie slices too often?
Tonya Fritchen It’s not that easy unfortunately. Most shelters have very strict rules and what foods they accept. Many only accept canned or boxed goods. If a slice is considered too old to sell, most shelters won’t allow it to be donated.
Tonya Fritchen, If you dont like Costco throwing out food, definitely do not go to Auntie Anne's Pretzels. They throw out good pretzels after about 20 min. of them sitting in the warmer. If the pretzel is a little misshapen they don't cut it up for their pretzel nuggets they just throw it out despite the fact that it is still warm and relatively fresh, and even the pretzel is perfectly formed and cooked they will throw it out , just because no one bought it in like 5 min. Sorry everyone my English is perfectly fine, I just have a tiny keyboard so it keeps thinking I'm clicking things when I'm not and I accidentally clicked the send button when I was trying to turn off auto correct. And, of course, this happened before I had time to reread my post.
He’s so right, I got a whole supreme pizza from Costco yesterday, and let me tell you, it looked good, but after I ate about two slices I started regretting it. The cheese does have this strange watery taste to it and the dough was undercooked. Definitely will not be getting a pizza from there again anytime soon.

The main reason is because we don't know how long it was in the cart, but on the other hand sometimes you can tell it's still fine yet we still by the rules have to toss it.
@@lazyscorp4630 can you just bring them home then? if its still safe to eat i dunno why you wont lol
LazyScorp not true. You feel it. If it’s still cold you take it back and if you’re unsure you throw it away.

Walmart brand frozen pizza is surprisingly delicious
Since they throw pizza away they should give it to the homeless
Or maybe I've it to the employees
There are liability issues with that. If one random homeless person gets sick they could sue.
Like ryan Thompson said,
@@ryanthompson1244 im not sure about that. My stepdaughter works at little caesars and someone at the homeless shelter comes every night and collects the unsold pizzas
Should ?
As long as you're impressed by the cost and not by the taste... Anybody raised on school cafeteria or frozen pizza will enjoy this.
No one likes a snob, John-Del. :)
It’s cheaper then my school pizza (1.99 vs 3.25 a slice)
Is it the best pizza ever? Of course not. But damn I love it, it’s so much fun and pretty good and SO cheap, especially for a whole pizza

This review would be fine if you were displaying the pizza in your kitchen. You're not. You're eating it.
No idea what Costco pizza tastes like after watching this advertisement.

Sometimes the sauce is too much and it's not spicy you have to try to explain it because they have a unique taste

I am one of those closet Costco lovers.
Do you have to be a member to eat there, the pizza...?
I respect them for using their robots to help employees' jobs easier, and not replacing the job as a whole WHILE creating bomb ass pizza!
robot can't replace all jobs. even for ones they can. the cost to produce and create the robots don't outweigh the price to pay an employee as an operational cost. i guarantee you they looked into a fully robotic process. but the technology just isn't there yet. least not for the cost.
HingleMcCringleBerry Thankfully, yeah. Apparently most white collar jobs are set to get wiped out by the year 2050/30 (can't remember the exact date) and it's pretty scary to see this happening. It's said to include jobs like accountants , manufacturers (which we're starting to see now) and even surgeons

Why throw out perfectly good food and not give to a shelter?
Right? A waste of good food.

Mahvelous 21 - Oh, you mean the raw-doughed piece of shit pizza that is Sam’s Club?
tyler4tado - As someone who used to work there, the pizza’s raw.
tyler4tado - Well, it is a pizza chain, that’s different. It’s no Chicago deep dish or New York pizza...
SlickRick4EVER
Just curious. Doesn’t Sam’s Club actually flatten the pizza. Like they have a giant thing that they press onto the pizza to flatten it?
Mahvelous 21 - Yes, they do! Actually, their dough is from the store. The problem is that they rapidly cook their pizza, resulting their pizza to be cooked (even close to being burntly crisp) on the outside but borderline raw on the inside. When I used to work at Sam’s Club a decade ago, I always went for their hotdogs and parfait.
