It’s now 2024… all these players have naturally been traded or badly regressed. We still can’t win, our offense has gotten worse and worse, and we are still a hopeless sad sack of a 4A team

cause it’s only showing walk offs
Maybe it’s cause I’m drunk, but these walk-offs show how sad this team has been. I’m a life-long Pirates fan, in Tennessee no less, so I’m not one of those Yinzers who bitch about everything constantly. Jacob Stallings comes off like a Hall of Famer. But the “passed ball” walk-off was the second best way these sh***y teams won. That is just sad. That I’ve cheered lustily for some journeyman who got hot for a week says something about Pirates baseball. Fugg Nutting!
